Cygnus Q'ol Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 How long did it take you to escape from your own mind? I must admit, I was taken back when I entered. I barely made it out. Did anyone else find this interesting?
Brandalf85 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Woot first post! Anyway, I had read on a FAQS about this before i went in so i knew what to say. I thought it's an interesting mini-game of sorts! Also, I don't know if you've read "The Hobbit" but theres a riddle game in there. And one of riddles is "What has roots as nobody sees, is taller than trees up up it goes and yet never grows." Mountain of course is the answer. You ask that Rakata the same riddle
Venom750 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 it took two times to get out thou i was tempted to start running
Cygnus Q'ol Posted January 5, 2006 Author Posted January 5, 2006 Is anything or anyone else in there? I think I remember the rakata saying that there were others trapped there.
ChAiNz.2da Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Is anything or anyone else in there? I think I remember the rakata saying that there were others trapped there. Not that I ever found... after playing through several times.. I decided to do the "dubious" thing and made a run for it Lot's of white.. but nothing else (that I ever found)
Cygnus Q'ol Posted January 5, 2006 Author Posted January 5, 2006 Yeah, me neither. I was just hoping there was someone or something somewhere in there. Thanks.
Jae Onasi Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I thought it was a fun little sidequest, though my first playthrough I didn't accept the box/payment (thought it might give DS pts), so I missed out on that initially.

I almost didn't, but the credits were too much to pass up. ...I was on my was to Tatooine anyway. Might as well get paid.
PoiuyWired Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 too bad there is no easter eggs in that dream...
Gray_Master Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 I didn't know you could get stuck in there...I mean I only did it once and I can't remember really anything that happens lol
The Doctor Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 too bad there is no easter eggs in that dream... Anyway, I liked this sidequest, though I found it pretty easy - the riddles were far too simple, IMO.
mogga Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Is it possible to figure out what motta wanted with the box?
Darth InSidious Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 I enjoyed it. I like riddles. Those were a little easy, though.
Cygnus Q'ol Posted January 11, 2006 Author Posted January 11, 2006 I enjoyed it. I like riddles. Those were a little easy, though. It was a cool, unexpected change. Maybe there should have been others there. Perhaps even a penalty of some sort for wrong answers.
FR0ST Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 How do you activate this quest? I have the PRIMA guide but I'm too lasy to check it, and guides are usually wrong on lots of things.

He should be standing near the cantina entrance. You'll need to accept the offer
Vaelastraz Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 I Loved that box! Made me feel like Bilbo in his riddle competition with Gollum in the hobbit! I escaped the box with my first attempt, the riddle's are well-thought but easy. Imo that box fits perfectly in the game, because it is another hint on the superior Rakata technology (like the star forge)
