Char Ell Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 Wow! I don't get the Jewelry Television channel so I haven't seen these before. I thought there were a few exceptional ones. I really liked the Thanksgiving one and Internet Sweeps 3. They made me laugh. So ChAiNz, which one of these commercials was hardest or most time consuming for you to edit? I would think the Language of Gold ad would have required more of your time than the Thanksgiving one but seeing as how I know nil about video editing... Just curious

I would think the Language of Gold ad would have required more of your time than the Thanksgiving one but seeing as how I know nil about video editing... Just curious Language of Gold definitely was one of the hardest as far as effects/technique wise, however I had more curse words doing the Halloween & Gems On The Loose because I had to hand draw the elements, scan them into the Mac and vector paint them in Illustrator just to use them as elements in the final compilation... Considering I hadn't done any type of hand-drawing since college, it definitely took some time to get the hang of it again ("like riding a bicycle" my arse.. ).. of course now we have Graphic Designers in Marketing to do the "creative work", though I wish we would've had them at the time.. hehehe
