(I looked that up), how could you mistake a man, even obsured in undergrowth, for a quail. Well, the guy who got shot is a lawyer, so I don't blame Cheney for mistaking him for an animal. Of course when they show pics of what shotguns do to people, he'll already know. Idiot. Yes, the guy that got shot should have sounded off, and stayed in the hunting line, but the guy pulling the trigger has to be the responsible one. Did he really not have his license?
