Darth_Vascule
What would've happened if Obi-Wan would've missed cutting Anakin in Ep. III and Anakin killed Obi Wan? I think Anakin would've went to Padme and seen if she was ok. Then he would've turned on the emperor and killed him in his sleep or while he was turned or sumthin. I don't kno but i think it wouldve been very interesting.
MachineCult
Was never going to happen, Anakin wasn't controlled he was angry, Obi-Wan was calm and disciplined, he was always going to win. There are a thousand silly questions you can ask like you did in this thread, and half of them have already been posted here. So next time you want to post a thread, I ask you to try and have an imagination.

Commander Obi-Wan
Let's put it this way. It didn't happen. But, it would've been interesting.
PoiuyWired
Well, "what if"s are better done in games, I mean its kinda to silly cause the star wars universe are built on coincidence and irony. So yes, there are numerous places where any "what if"s would be combo-breaker for the story.
ExileRevan
Every played Star Wars episode three on PS2, XBOX, or otherwise? The answer is in there. For the record I think Anakin wouldve still lost. Obi wouldve turned and disarmed him. Mabye try to turn Anakin again.
PoiuyWired
Hmmm... PS2? should check it out for the sake of it. Still, those "what if" questions can be lame, its like "What if Anakin's mom used a coathanger?" or Lumiya actually died early in the hands of Luke. TSR
anakin's mum has a coathanger? i always wondered when she was coming back round to get her shirt... anyway, obi-wan had a side partin, and anakin has gay emo frizzy hair. original material= winner, so anakin gets owned. end of. Davinq
Then he would've turned on the emperor and killed him in his sleep or while he was turned or sumthin. Then I would have killed George Lucas in his sleep for killing of my favorite character too early in the story. um... if that whatif was true, he'd have to remake the originals, so this whole topic is dumb
Coza1000000
Play episode three on xbox or PS2 and finish the game and you unlock an extra ending where Anakin jumps over Obi-Wan and stabs him from behind. He sees Sidious at Mustafar and Sidious gives him a red lightsaber and Anakin throws it in the air and catches it and kills Sidious.

Well first, don't resurrect threads that are almost a year old, especially to say something that's already been said. Second, look at this page to find out how to use spoiler tags, if you don't already know, since that's a pretty big spoiler you've got in your post. Johnpp
Obi-Wan was calm and disciplined Yeah right! ObiWan was scared stiff, you could see it.
Henz
Wow there's nothing more entertainig than moody geeks flaming someone in a "What-if" thread. Well Padme would still die if Vadar won; the damage was done. Empire wouldn't have died because Luke would never have become a jedi.
jedispy
What would've happened if Obi-Wan would've missed cutting Anakin in Ep. III and Anakin killed Obi Wan?Then the original trilogy could not have happened, and millions of Star Wars fans would lay siege to Skywalker Ranch demanding the head of George Lucas. Yeah...that would be bad. There's certain things that I've learned about the natural balance of the universe. You never cross the streams, you never cause a time paradox, and if you want to go back in time you need 1.21 jiggawatts of electricity. Messing with Star Wars continuity is another important aspect of the natural balance of the universe.
Servercat
I think it is kind of ironic, that Anakin failed to do essentially the same thing that Obi-wan did in Phantom Menace
jedispy
You mean when Obi Wan defeated Maul vs. when Anakin failed to defeat Obi wan? I think it comes down to the fact that in both occasions Obi Wan's mind was at peace. As Yoda said the light side is stronger than the dark side. The dark side is only quicker, easier, and more seductive. I kind of wonder if the duel in Episode 4 could have turned out differently. As Darth Vader told Tarkin, to escape was not Kenobi's plan. I think from the moment the tractor beam pulled the Falcon in, Obi Wan fully intended to die on the Death Star in order to be a Jedi ghost and guide Luke. I like to think that Darth Vader was holding back a little so he could enjoy the kill. Perhaps Obi Wan was too. I guess it doesn't matter though. It ends the way it ends and that's that. PoiuyWired
Actually it is rather mercyful that Vader would just kill Obi and not lock him up in some nice sithspit way.
CLONECOMMANDER501
I think from the moment the tractor beam pulled the Falcon in, Obi Wan fully intended to die on the Death Star Or maybe he wanted to cut his amount of time he had to be in the movies because he hated starwars

Jedil3thal
:holosid:Anakin could have stabbed him from behind once he jumped over him it's even in Starwars Episode III the game and Anakin would become the new DarkLord and kill Sidious
SciFiGeek17
What would've happened if Obi-Wan would've missed cutting Anakin in Ep. III and Anakin killed Obi Wan? I think Anakin would've went to Padme and seen if she was ok. Then he would've turned on the emperor and killed him in his sleep or while he was turned or sumthin. I don't kno but i think it wouldve been very interesting. According to the Revenge of the Sith - Video Game, if Obi-Wan had missed, Anakin would have killed him and the Emperor, making him empire. His final words in the game were, "No. The galaxy belongs to me!" You can view it here:
