Basically, I can't access it properly, it doesn't even ask me the user and password. I've been told that Matt could help me on this one. But not too sure on where to find him.

Darth333 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 We had a server crash mid-october and the ftp accounts have to be re-created. Thrik Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Since all the FTP accounts died it's largely been a case of recreating them upon request. If Matt doesn't know whether or not you should have the FTP details then I can request them from him, since I'm more aware of who's who on the non–Star Wars side of things, and more specifically who should have access to what. This goes to any other webmasters who're having trouble too, of course! Unless you run a Star Wars site, in which case I have no idea.

This December 12, is our first anniversary, and I intended doing a couple of special things for the occation. I've also made a nice christmas decoration, as well as inaugurating certain sections of the site. But I can't do any of this things, unless the FTP account is up and running. So please, Thrik or anyone, can tell Matt (or God, or someone) to re-create that account, I will give him/her a FREE hug. Thanks! You could try idling on #psychonauts and #echonet (I think I've see --matt in there once or twice, maybe it was a different matt though; Thrik is usually one of the two or three people on #psychonauts) on Gamesurge (irc.gamesurge.net).

I've emailed Matt twice now as well as tried to prompt him via IRC, but haven't been able to stir a response. I can only guess he's very busy with actual life stuff right now (like myself) and hasn't been as responsive as usual. That said, he'll probably see a thread in the private forums so I'll go do that now and hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
