Arcesious
You should have said Kreia the Betrayer.
adamqd
Lumiya wins imo, she looks crap and she's got a crap weapon, but she's done a lot for the Sith with her witchy Manipulative ways! I'll say no more in case people haven't read the LOTF books yet
Miltiades
Haven't read any books yet with Lumiya or Vergere as Sith, but I think it's hard to beat Kreia or Palpatine. A difficult choice, but I picked Kreia.

PoiuyWired
Well, you have to KNOW Lumiya to understand how far she can go to attain her goals, despite her lack of great natural force affinity and what not. Well, unfortunately her history goes so far back into the rebelion says and what not, so its hard for some to follow.
Ben Bryddia
I just finished Inferno and Palpy the Cute gets my vote. The others listed are creeps of epic perportions, accepting Yoda. Palpy's incredible mechanations ranging from the murder of his master, to the playing every side against the midle, to his destruction of the Jedi Order to his actions during the Dark Empire and Empire's End comics place him as the formost Sith of his age or most any other. Lumiya and Vergere manedged an incredible feat in their actions as solo Sith apart from Kryat's rule, but i think Sidious still deserves the Master Manipulator of the Year award. -Bearer of the Krijinia
Rev7
Kreia and Palpy get my vote...... equal in my eyes.
Alexander the Great
Probably Palpatine. None of the others have been able to single-handedly manipulate the Republic and get so much power in it that he could turn their own forces against it. He virtually wiped out the entire Jedi Order, save for a few Jedi that escaped (but a lot of them got killed shortly after Episode 3 during the Jedi purge) Kreia was very manipulative as well, but on a much smaller scale. Rev7
Kreia was very manipulative as well, but on a much smaller scale. Kreia was going to destroy the force and KILL everthing alive.
Darth Droid
Palpatine. I mean DAMN thats persistance. He managed to destroy the Jedi order (Temporaraly though), and not many Sith can boast that.
Gargoyle King
Yoda the Pimpster with his little Ewok side-kick, Seriously though, Palpatine is IMO the most ambitious out of all of them but i'd have to stick with Lumiya aswell.
Alexander the Great
Kreia was going to destroy the force and KILL everthing alive. Keywords: Going to She attempted and failed. Palpatine succeeded.
Corinthian
Palpatine. Lumiya and Vergere did what? Oh, yeah, they turned one mediocre character evil. Who cares? He'll be dead or redeemed by the end of Legacy of the Force. Palpatine's actions actually have far-reaching consequences.
JoeDoe 2.0
Both Lumiya and Kreia are my favorites. I'll have to go with Lumiya, 'cause she caused Jacen to go EMO.
Rev7
Palpatine. I mean DAMN thats persistance. He managed to destroy the Jedi order (Temporaraly though), and not many Sith can boast that. PALPATINE didn't destroy the order... Darth Vader did.
Alexander the Great
No, Vader led the destruction of the order with the help of millions of clones. Those clones wouldn't have been there to help him without Palpatine. If it was just Vader, he would've been cut down in a minute.
Empress Padme
and Palpatine was responsible for all the attacks on Padme and totally manipulated events that the rest could only dream of. He totally played both sides. Definately the best since Darth Bane.
T3-M4
As much as Palpatine is a manipulative &*@~#$ I think Kreia gets my vote, because of all the sneaking around she did and how much betrayal she caused, so Darth Traya the Betrayer gets my vote. Wedge Suron
Palpatine. I mean DAMN thats persistance. He managed to destroy the Jedi order (Temporaraly though), and not many Sith can boast that. Sion and Nihilus can. Edit: only 2 on the list are female. Lumaya and Kriea... I never heard of Veardare or whatever. If that ones female then fine Palpy wasn't female. Although with an evil laugh like his you could call him female

If that ones female then fine Palpy wasn't female. Although with an evil laugh like his you could call him female Vergere's a female. Anyway, the old Jedi Order didn't get wiped out by manipulation. Nihilus just went over to Katarr and was all like "YO FOOLZ, THIS IS A STICKUP. PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR!" and then blew the life out of the planet with the Force. Anybody with that power, even if they were a blithering idiot, could've done that without any manipulation. And Sion wasn't very bright, either. PoiuyWired
Although the Original hologram in ESB was some old bat ;D Well, the original Hologram shown with ESB is actually imposed image of a chimp and some old lady, so old witch indeed. As for yoda... he is a lesbian inside.
Sephira
Whos more manipulative or better? Palpatine, he achieved the siths ultimate goal, he manipulated the entire galaxy, he caused the entire galaxy to fall in turmoil
S_W_LeGenD
Both Palpatine and Traya were masters of the art of manipulation. Though Palpatine gets my vote.
