I don't really know who to root for this year, I'm pissed Detroit didn't make it. It definitely won't be an NL team, I don't care for any of the ones that made it. And definitely not the Indians. I'm not a fan of the Yankees as an organization but I like a few of their players so maybe them.

Remember last year, all the so-called baseball experts said then that there was no way that the National League could win the World Series. I remember a team that was only five games over 500-hundred winning the championship and I believe that team was a National League team.

 

The thing about this year is all the teams had to either fight for the playoffs or had to fight for playoff position up until the last weekend of the regular season. I’m under the opinion that is a good thing. I believe this will be one of the better post seasons in baseball history and if all game are decided like the San Diego, Colorado game last night it will keep me tuned in even though I could care less about any of these teams. I’m just rooting for the Cubs because they are from the National League Central and I’m tired of the curse talk.

Just so you know, the Phillies are spelled wrong in the poll. ;)--fixed--Jae

 

I'm going with the Diamondbacks as the team I want to win, but I picked the Red Sox to win it since I think they have the better team.

Well 1/2 of these teams are eliminated.

The Yankees; The Phillies; The Cubs; The Angels.

 

Four teams remain - it is getting tighter. Only my Red Sox, The Indians, The Rockies, and The Diamondbacks are left...I personally still pick the Red Sox Vs. Diamondbacks for the World Series and...I am a HUGE Red Sox Fan so I pick the Sox to win (although I do not predict a sweep, as they swept the Cardinals out of the 2004 World Series)

No one will win. That's because the Minnesota Twins are the most important team of all time (as in all past, present, and future ages). Since they completely suck, all of humanity loses, and the entire sport of Baseball is lame.

 

That's just my perfectly unbiased opinion
