Rogue15
nowhere to set up a new computer. lol i'm going to scout some spots to go running, probably going running by the state game lands. we shall see. oh yeah, i'll maybe take some pictures too. edit: oh hell yeah that road is exactly 8 miles long, ran about a quarter of it, well a little over 2 miles to a bridge and 2 miles back. only came across about 3 or 4 cars. NOT BAD AT ALL. the shoes work GREAT!!!! i also feel great after taking 17 days off. the only downside of this: 20 miles drive to get there. 40 miles both ways, so that part really sucks, but it's so worth the lesser risk of getting run over or annoyed by children. i took some pictures of this beat up bridge near there. i'll have to upload them (if this computer can handle the uploading) and post them soon. K_Kinnison
Ed, is there any physical contact betwean you to? Holding hands, occasional bumps, caresses, or hugs? Seems weird if she wants to spend time with you... alone... and yet still be in "Friendland" Oh and Keyan, losing weight is a win-win as far as chin ups go. If you build up more muscles you gain more weight and in the end gain less.
Cmdr. Cracken
I realized that one computer doesn't work well. I do in fact, need more. Yet I lack the funds, and space to acquire another mother of all desktop computers.

Zargon
Oh and Keyan, losing weight is a win-win as far as chin ups go. If you build up more muscles you gain more weight and in the end gain less. uhm. no. well yes, but....only if you are dumb enough to care about the number outside of what its made up of...... a few more lbs when its all muscle, and more muscle because you lost fat building the muscle, is a good thing, and you'll still look smaller because muscle is much more dense than fat.... edlib
Ed, is there any physical contact betwean you to? Holding hands, occasional bumps, caresses, or hugs?Yes. Not so much holding hands... but the others occasionally. (Though, I have to admit a lot more me initiating than receiving... but it's never shrugged off.) Always nice long, warm hugs when we see each other, and good bye every night. Trust me... I've been reading her body language VERY carefully lately... and it still doesn't exactly say "I'm so hot for you!"... More like: "Slowly getting comfortable in your company... but still fairly guarded..." I dunno... It seems like just when we were starting to get into some real chemistry a couple of weeks ago, it all went away all of a sudden... now it seems like it might slowly be coming back. But it might be a slow climb back to that point... if it ever even makes it all the way back there again. So I'm not allowing myself to read too much of anything into it at the moment. Therefore the official story is this: I just spent most of my waking hours this past holiday weekend with a good friend (who just happens to be a gorgeous woman.) I would have spent those same hours alone, otherwise, since everybody else I normally hang with was out-of-the-area for the 3 days. So the companionship was unexpected, but welcome. She may have found herself in the same boat, and that's why she called me in too... but I saw her briefly after I left work tonight, and she was frantically trying to catch up on a lot of work she blew off this weekend. So she may have actually put some important things aside to spend that time with me... So who knows? Not I... I might be going over her place after work tomorrow night too. Rogue15
I just completed The Force Unleashed on Sith Warrior difficulty. it was a pretty good game, though annoyingly frustrating at times. gamefaqs.com was used alot. I gave Republic Heroes demo a go. god help that game. A stupid jumping puzzle in the demo completely ruined it for me. Also why the **** is the camera so far back?! edlib
Got my car back from the dealers. Cost? Ouch. Turns out, looks like something got up under my hood and chewed a few things... mostly hoses. Needed new front brakes too. (I suspected...) Got my 30K service at the same time. Well... so much for not making any more car payments. Made enough for 3 months of payments today. But it sounds and is running like a brand-new car. (Almost paid enough for one too...) Never got over to M.'s. Maybe this weekend... if she's not too busy.
Zargon
yikes sounds bad ed critters under the hood really sucks even worse if they get in the trunk, then die there
edlib
The cost could have been worse... I was expecting over $1,000, and it wasn't quite that bad. But $850 is still nothing to sneeze at. I was just hoping to go a few months with no big expenses now that my car is finally all paid off to get a bit ahead. Well... we'll see: If it looks like these repairs are going to be a commonly recurring thing, I'll just get a new car. If I'm going to pay that much every year just to own one anyway... it might as well be a nice new set of wheels.

Rogue15
went running yesterday, it was good. my legs are sore, and my stupid heels are not liking me one bit. i beat Cabela's Big Game Hunter, almost got all the achievements on it. I missed the last one which really pisses me off cause the Lion was a pain in the ass to kill, and i didn't get hit and it didn't count one of my hits so i didn't get the achivement (+60g for not getting hit and not missing a shot).... I tried playing Gears of War, Wretches pissed me off too much i'm at the Corpser boss. I'll probably try to finish Assassin's Creed next. I'm considering giving Turok another go, as there are quite a few achievements left to get on that one. I gotta go back to work today....meh...2-9 or 10. probably closing by myself. Rogue15
damn...2560+ posts?? I've decided to get into Double Agent on xbox live. It's pretty damn confusing so far! I've been playing on the Upsilon Force's side, and it's hard to find any spies to kill. quite annoying. didn't go running today, conserving it all for the 5k on saturday, got my tshirt and my number is 999. so instead of running i did a few sets of pushups and situps. situps are getting easier. I'm glad my feet fit comfortably under my parents' couches, otherwise i'd probably just end up not passing the situps next time i take the apft. oh yeah and my work schedule is out for the week of my sis' wedding...and guess what? i gotta work 2-10.....well **** that, going to have my manager change that to not working on that weekend...since i requested it off like 3 months ago and it's finalized in the system. if they give me a problem about it, they can fire me. since my pushups and situps and run are coming along nice i need to start focusing on losing like 15 pounds. think i'll stop eating bread and see if that helps. i cut out most of the soda and (surprisingly) alcohol.... gots work tomorrow...10-6....yay. least i don't gotta close by myself! Cmdr. Cracken
Work has sucked a bit for the past few days for me. Gonna start on my math learning. Have this ol' college algebra book then after I get through that move on to pre-calc then calculus itself.
edlib
Worked a weird concert last night. Hard to explain... avant garde techno-jazz-rock is the closest I can come. Like Zappa without the sarcastic humor... The whole band played through this Muse Receptor unit which was pretty cool. Got an departmental retreat thing today in Salem. Should be a bizarre, surrealistic time... but I guess it beats just another day sitting around the office.
