edlib
We need to get as many of us online for a Halo Deathmatch one of these days. Then we should look for a new co-op campaign to go through... Halo 3 or either of the Gears Of War games would be a good option... but I'm open to suggestions.
Rogue15
Everyone (women especially) always want what they can't have. But yeah, it's good that you're not really doing anything. Actively pursuing someone who is already involved is pretty lame, I think. sure, but hanging out with her isn't gonna be that bad, on the bright side other girls might see i'm hanging out with a pretty girl and be like 'damn, that guy must be cool if she is hanging out with him, wish he'd go out with me' or something along those lines. friends is better anyways, don't gotta spend the cash on em. Halo 3 sounds like it would be alot of fun. I'm in process of getting my router working....somehow i'm connected to the internet without the router being powered on...this is very strange. But: There's one girl who I went to college with who I haven't hung out with in years who has recently asked me to lunch a couple of times... and she made it a point to say she's thinking about breaking up with her boyfriend. I don't know if that means anything, and I'm trying to not read anything into her intentions... but I found it interesting that the 2 things seem kinda connected in time. Then there was one of M.'s friends who kept walking over and talking to me at the party. She was super-cute. Again: I don't read anything into it... but I'm totally not used to cute women starting conversations with me, and then making an effort to actually keep them going. And yesterday, a woman I know from work, who I've always got along with, kinda said totally out-of-the-blue that we should meet up and have dinner together sometime. That one surprised the hell out of me. I also don't want to read anything into this either... But taken together, they've all made me take pause, and given me some things to think about. go out with a different girl each night.

Keyan Farlander
Eh, the Gears of War games never really appealed to me. Maybe Halo 3. But maybe something different. And like I said, when Perfect Dark comes out, I am going to be all over that! In the meantime, I have Street Fighter IV, Rock Band 2, Beatles Rock Band, and Fight Night Round 4. I would think the Rock Band games wouldn't be that fun online, though - seems like more of a same-room experience. And Fight Night Round 4 is a terrible game and I have no desire to ever play it again.

Cmdr. Cracken
I have Rock Band 2, along with a healthy amount of DLC and I can drum fairly ok on hard. Don't ask me to do Constant Motion or Painkiller on Hard though. Though me drumming at the hours we would play at would probably not be best. >.>. I also have Halo 3, COD4:MW, and Soul Calibur

Rogue15
@scar: you don't have an xbox 360, so it doesn't matter. heh something kinda funny happened today.....remember that thong i found in my old apartment? i thought i had thrown it away. SOMEHOW it ended up in my dad's laundry. my mom found it and was like 'WTF?' that was fun explaining.
Keyan Farlander
uh....another perfect dark? No, they are remaking the N64 one for XBLA with enhanced graphics, framerate, and controls. Usually I don't care much for remakes, but the framerate really was pretty crappy in that game, and it will be worth it for that, plus the chance to play it on X-Box LIVE. One of my favorite games period, and probably my favorite co-op game ever.

edlib
go out with a different girl each night. It would be an idea if I ever had the proper time off to do that... but with averaging one day off a week (when I'm lucky,) I'm usually too swamped with stuff to catch up on, or just too damn exhausted, to even think about doing that properly. That is assuming that is also in their intentions as well... which, knowing my history with the other gender, is a rather outlandish assumption indeed. I seriously doubt any of them would ever think of me that way... I'm starting to seriously have doubts anyone ever will... and maybe that's for the best. Rogue15
forced myself to wake up at 4:30 when my alarms went off. gonna head out to the track. it's a few degrees warmer than it was on wednesday. the wind was annoying enough to put my time at 17:31. I'm going to run every day until next friday and see if my time improves.
edlib
Attending a friend's wedding craziness today and tomorrow. Party tonight; ceremony and reception on Sat. Which kinda sucks for timing... since today and tomorrow at work are both very easy, big money days. I hated taking them off. Oh well. I'll try to have a good time... but I generally hate attending weddings. I can't remember a single one that I've attended where I had much fun. I don't drink. I can't dance. I really don't enjoy socializing in a large group, or in loud situations. Romance is totally wasted on me... Sounds like it's gonna be a great time! Whoo-hoo. There will be a couple of people there I haven't seen in a while... so that will be nice. But beyond the "What have you been doing for the last couple of years?" catching up aspect of it... I don't suspect there will be all that much to really talk about. I hope I'm wrong though.

K_Kinnison
What? Haven't you guys only been going out for a couple of months or something? 4 months. We are talking about it. Not jumping into it. I have never had a relationship that has "Clicked" like this before. So i know to hold off. in fact, for that very reason I am not going to move closer to her til may or june. If it can stand 11 months of LTR, we can see how it goes for a few months as a serious couple withen close proximity. She wants kids .. badly.. but i told her there is no way I am going to let that happen until we have commited to eachother and have been married Commited? is that the right word. Sounds like we should have jackets with no holes for hands and padded walls

If you have been dating for four months (and really dating, not just known each other as friends), and you think there is a real future here, and have talked about it, I'd say moving closer sooner rather than later is a good thing. Because there isn't really much more you can learn from a distance. If the constant contact reveals that you wouldn't be good for each other in the long run, you'll want to find that out sonner rather than later. Rogue15
k_k, if i was you, i'd be moved in already and she'd already be pregnant. only this time i would have a passport and plane ticket ready in case she goes psycho.

Rogue15
way too cold out today (20-21 degrees). i did a mile then stopped short of completing lap 5. lost feeling in my hands, guess next time i'll wear gloves. my 1 mile time was slower than it should have been (8 minutes 40 seconds). i'm really starting to hate fall and winter now. doing a new thing to improve my situps/pushups, doing 5 sets each of 20 pushups, situps, and squats. hopefully this will help me be able to do more pushups and situps. getting killed on the run isn't fun, at least i can do pushups and situps without getting a cold injury.
