Hi all, I'm currently working on making a Clone Jet trooper armor. Got it ingame already but I'm having problems getting the skin to show on the model itself. Was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Are you having a problem with it in game or in your modeling program? If its in-game, you have to edit your armor's uti file to give your Texture Variation the same number that your tga file has. If you haven't changed your armor name at all from the default game, than it should work perfectly.

Finally... After two sleepless nights i finally figured how to get the model in-game. Its gonna be smooth sailing from here on end.

 

Here's a pic of what this model for the Clone Jet Trooper is gonna look like.

Very nice model!!! So sad that there aren't any flying with a jetpack animations. :p

 

maybe you can use force jump with it. Although you'd have to be a force user and have a lightsaber, of course. :p

I really don't know the answer to this question: Could that feat be granted by the armor, and perhaps make a custom ls that is named something different - like Clone Propulsion Cell or something... to be able to do the Jet Trooper Slide, you will need to equip the cell.... :?: it could be a non-damaging weapon, something that takes up a hand slot but does not actively work as a weapon.

 

EDIT: hmm... but then you probably couldn't wield a blaster in the other hand... ratz
