Keep it relevant to pcs/mobiles/consoles 2012: 6 core desktop cpus , fusion CnGPUs. 4Ghz clockspeeds. x64 OS common but still not standard. Browser based OS, Next gen consoles emerge. Zune phone, PSP phone. OLED monitors enter the market at a more reasonable price. flexible, colour e-readers. 2015: 8 core desktop cpus. more advanced fusion processors- which dramatically decrease pc sizes. x128 CPUs and OS develop. further device convergence eg. camera/media/projector/phone with HD input output. OLED monitors prevalent. Increasing 3D support for games/displays. 2020: 12 cores. Advanced fusion processors. x128 CPU and OS are common but not yet standard. 3D displays prevalent.Next-next gen consoles emerge..containing browser type OS functionality all delivered via network. High fidelity Colour 3D projection. New processor tech emerges into mainstream 2030: Global hi-speed wireless via satellite tech.
