Trench Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Very awesome work Kyr'am! These won't restrict force powers will they?
Kyr'am Galaar Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 Sounds cool Rinku. PM me. And one last thing before I hit the hay. Female Scout! Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) EDIT: @Jai'galaar: Nope! No restrictions! Just bonuses!
redrob41 Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 looking good, especially the pants. The yellow chest plate looks a little out of place (I always think that it is part of the shoulder and stomach padding that sits over top of the grey sweat shirt). Still, you look like you've implemented it well. The only other thing that sticks out is the brown leather vest. Maybe it could be black/grey to match the boots/pants? Just a suggestion, since it still looks good the way you have it. Another idea would be to do a Republic version of the Sith armour. You could make a new line for it in the appearance.2da, and then make a disguise .uti so that you could wear a full face masked assault/riot armour. Maybe the soldiers on the Endar Spire weren't equipped with it because they were serving on a ship, and it only gets issued for urban assaults.
Kyr'am Galaar Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 Thanks Redrob. I'll be sure to make that sith armour reskin. And I was planning on making the brown parts grey anyway... >_>
.:Lord Revan:. Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 I think if you are going to keep the yellow chest plate than you should put yellow shoulder pads on them both and don't listen to redrob about the brown vest it gives it a cool twist.
Kyr'am Galaar Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 Heh... Well... I'm trying to make it look as close as possible to the default Republic armour. I'll work on everything when I get home. Look forward to the scoundrel skin later today! EDIT: However, yellow shoulder pads isn't a bad idea. I'll try that.
Nick Vader Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Awesome job! I have a feeling next year is gonna be a great year for the modding community with all these mods in progress! Keep up the good work Kyr'am.

Kyr'am Galaar Posted June 3, 2010 Author Posted June 3, 2010 I've finished the Republic Commando skin. It is modelled after the Sith armour. It will NOT replace any of the current sith. Salzella Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 i'd switch it around so the majority is gold and the rest red. it looks wayyy too much like the sith commando at the moment
Trench Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I agree with what was said above, and you might want to tone down the CM_BareMetal a bit. He looks a bit like candy. Still, great work though Kyr'am.
Kyr'am Galaar Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 More vibrant red for the regular troopers! Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show)
Inyri Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 That looks really nice. You're coming up with some really cool designs.
