newbiemodder
I think you should rename your thread..US drops biggest bomb from inventory---that we know about. I quote Qui-Gon..."There's always a bigger fish."
Totenkopf
Nah.......it's grammatically correct. Remember, words have multiple meanings. Drops as in "removes from". Still, at 9MT, it likley was the biggest type of bomb produced (it said there were 300 or so of them around during the Cold War) by us when the CEPs of weapons were still pretty wide (hence the need to make em so powerful to achieve their purpose). I suppose if there was a bigger one, it's probably still way above top secret classificication .
Prime
I know it is grammatically correct, but in this case the words "drop" "bomb" usually imply something else. So I was expecting to read a different type of story...

So I was expecting to read a different type of story... Fair enough, I suppose. Actually, I think the last "big bomb" that we did drop was something called Blue 82 in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. MOAB is apparently considered its successor and was demonstrated down in FL in '03. http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/munitions/blu-82.htm http://www.strategypage.com/military_photos/moab.aspx http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsQdeAeOEg4&feature=related Russia's answer to MOAB: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgQIPPZWLd8&feature=related Edit by D3: edited thread title to reflect modification made by OP ("drops biggest bomb" to "removes biggest bomb" - I believe that was the intent and if not the case, let me know! Lynk Former
How can all of you be so amused about such mass destruction?! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE DIED IN THAT BULLET BILL RUN? None, but what if they had? You'd all end up being really insensitive... *looks around* ...ugh, I can't even take myself seriously with what I just said.
