Has anyone noticed the growing (and revolting) trend of suing fast food places for their "hidden fats" that is making people obese? Ugh, some people will sue for ANY reason. It's their own fault for eating there so much. That one guy is suing all the major chains (meaning he's eaten there plenty of times) I rarely go out for fast food (if ever). Whats your opinion?

Family members of the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks have filed a suit against the terrorist groups and the people who fund them for $116 trillon. First of all, they won't get it. Second of all, I read that would be about $2 billion per victim. Third, turning something as emotional as that event into a money-making scheme is, in my opinion, horrible.

My history teacher has also told us this year that people have sued God. There are so many frivolous lawsuits these days, but I hear that some courts have been putting people in jail for making these ludicrous attempts at making money fast.

SHUT UP OR ILL SEE YOU ALL IN COURT!!!!!

Well, if ya didnt know there are chemicals in Mc Donalds food that makes you think you need more - Im assuming that this is on which the majority of their cases will be based.

My oppinion on tis arguement is that trying to sue Fast Food companies is like walking unarmed into a bank and calling it a hold up - its gonna go no where. Although, saying that weirder things HAVE happened...

Yes..in matter of a fact I have a little story-

My cousin works in a Lawer's firm. One day some man came in. He asks if he can sue his ex-wife for still having his last name. The lawers kept saying how it wont work and he shouldnt do it. Then,at last the lawers asked if the wife and him had a baby,he said yeah.So they said he couldnt do anything because of the legal reasons,so he left for another firm to see if he can sue.

So it's mostly for money, but they usually do it out of spite too.

But the survivors of 9-11 that are sueing them are cheap bastards who'd sue thier own money for a million...'tis a horrible world we live in..

Damn.

You know what....I cant belive this but Married and Children.

Al Bundy was asleep in the couch, and a robber came into his house. He thought he was Peg,so he touched his butt. Then,Al got sued in court by the thief for Sexual Harrasment. The thief won the cause for like 10,000. Then Al punched the Thief and sued the thief for 10,000 dollars for breaking his fist while punching the thief.

I cant believe that could happen in America.
