-=DarkZero=-

Recommended Posts

My friend and I have come to an akward conclusion,Episode 3...well first of all lets get to the point where episode 1 and 2 were ruined,(in our POV)The dialog in episode 1 sucked,aND YODAs design too, episode 2 was ruined by the crooked plot-and what not

:p

Episode 3...well the other movies were likle 2 hour max maybe,Episode 3 will have to be like 4 hours to cover the detail of anakin going to the darkside, the years that pass from his battle with kenobi, luke growing up,They can't just make books of it to explain, they have to do all this detail or it will be ruined, what do you think?

Hopfully I made some sense >.>

Why?

the years that pass from his battle with kenobi

Why "years"?

luke growing up

Why do we have to see this?

They can't just make books of it to explain

Why should they try to explain all of this?

Don't set your expectations too high.

nah, i read a GL interview where he said it would be the same lengh as Ep II.

and didn't you see Ep II? anakin's pretty much there, he just needs a final push.

probably the fake death of padme, 'cause she wont die but somehow anakin will think she did.

I agree that you're expecting a bit too much from this last episode in the series. As for seeing the Clone Wars...you'll be able to watch that as...wait for it...an animated cartoon series. [deep sarcasm]WOW[/deep sarcasm].

Let's face it, Lucas dropped the ball somewhere between the classic trilogy and the prequels, and he's still looking for it. Well, actually, he's not setting out to make great films this time around, more like visual banquets.

It wouldn't surprise me if at the very ending of the film you just get a glimpse of the renowned black armour as Mr. V. takes his place by Big P.'s side.

I've leared not to expect anything from this series...that way whatever does come along is a little more rewarding. Episode II was a definite improvement over Episode I, but still fell far short of the classics, IMHO. Remember that when Lucas made ANH (which was just Star Wars back then), it was a complete unknown, never-been-done-before risk-fest, so he had to try harder to make a better movie and make the actors sweat blood for their pay - and as it happened, it was a damned fine cast of talented people who managed to bind the whole roller-coaster ride into something cohesive and enjoyable.

This time around I feel the actors aren't stretching themselves enough to give fine performances, and Hayden was definitely 100% miscast for the role. Personally I would have picked that guy out of NYPD Blue...er...damn, can't remember his name, but he was in The Champ as a kid. Now that guy can actually act, and has a passing resemblance to Jake Lloyd (the kid who played Anakin in Episode I).

So don't expect too much from Episode III, and you might actually enjoy it.

Bah, I love EVERY SINGLE star wars movie JUST the same. I do not like the OT more than the prequels, nor do I like the prequels more than the OT. Although I personally feel that I'm going to be TOTALLY blown away by episode 3. But that's just my feelings.

And I believe it was Rick McCallum who has confirmed that Episode 3 will begin with the last battle of the clone wars......so you won't see too much of those......which I dont mind....because I'm tired of seeing robots fighting....i want man vs. man fighting!!!

Episode 2 was good,it's just that they're luring the younger fans, and I don't like it because they know nothing of the original series, and the movie should have focused around padme and anakin and anakin become a dark jedi then the clone wars and action,if I do say so myself,But episode 3 is 3,and rotj was the 3rd,so that proves the 3rd movies are the best.
