Redwing
Holy, crumbnuts! There's an RS III coming out? I haven't even done number two yet...! My sentiments exactly. Welcome back, by the way If you get a Gamecube, and RL, then be sure sure to get Metroid Prime as well. Definitely.
Imladil
Crewman Oreo is currently standing watch in the cockpit of my 1976 Dreamliner land yacht, named Tantive III. There is a cow grazing on adjacent property downhill from here, and she's keeping a close eye on it. Hey, is there a Gamecube version of Pilot Wings? That would be my second choice... True story. I was playing Pilot Wings on September 10, 1991, flying the gyrocopter through New York City. My airspeed pegged, I had just swooped in over the Statue of Liberty and jinked up to pull a quick pass between the twin towers. I missed...crashed into one tower, bounced off the second one and went spinning off into the ground somewhere. Then airliners did the same thing the next morning, only with much more tragic circumstances. I was thoroughly creeped out.
Rogue15
whoa...i just saw this totally awesome deal at electronic boutique on xbox: $150, and you get the xbox, 3 free games, and xbox live. btw, the xbox is the way of the future. eventually people will be forced to accept this evolution of console gaming, if they want to continue console gaming. Imladil
Ummmm...yes. I meant 2001, not 1991. There's no time travel going on here. Why, that's just silly. *(Kicks newspaper with headline declaring Bush Emperor of Free Earth under an adjacent sofa.)* X-box? I think not. In fifty years, there will be twenty different game systems, all of them small enough to be mistaken for a wristwatch and all made in China. Actually,.. so do I. But, out of sheer lazyness, I was always edlib at all of them anyway. When all the forums merged it was my RSN ID that I initally ended up with. Imladil
Differing forums have nothing to do with it, Ike. I switch from Imladil to Zoom Rabbit to help others keep track of my multiple personalities... *!* Now where did I leave my coffee? Dammit, now I'm gonna have to go to XWA just to remember where I put it!

edlib
Originally posted by Redwing Really? What is your RSN ID? *Confused* Uhhh,.. it was also edlib. I signed up here a couple of months after I registered at XWA, but also as edlib. I think I signed on to a couple of the other forums in the network as well around the same time. When all the forums merged I had multiple edlib IDs listed on the servers. It was my RSN ID that was the newest, so it got picked as my overall LF ID. I could tell because each of my profiles were slightly different, and my post count was a lot lower. I eventually had them make my XWA ID the only one though. That's why my post said: "Actually,.. so do I. " (note winky face) cuz it's not really true anymore.
Redwing
Nonono. We're talking about alternative names. The same thing happened to me and lots of other people in the merge...I landed with my GB user profile, and got it changed to my RSN one ^.^
edlib
Yes, I know. That was the intended irony of my inital post, the part that was meant to be funny,.. but you went and... ... Oh never mind. It's just not worth it try to go on.

Zoom Rabbit
Greetings, Atrocious! In order for you to survive the initial period of adjustment that most hominds suffer when suddenly finding themselves in a digital environment such as this, it is important for you to remember at all times that the priorities are: duct tape, church key, rope. If you don't carry these three things at all times, you may find yourself in a hopeless situation--for example, stranded on a cliff face on the surface of Mars, your spacesuit leaking and no way to open the bottle of beer you just found, amazingly preserved after the fall of Martian civilization and six million years in the cold sand, with a picture of a little green dude on the label. Or, you could just make use of holographic technology. Your call. What?
