Whoa...hehe what a movie! Opening day today, I just got back from it. Surprised Noones put up this thread yet. Anyway lets get down to it. Talk about alot of input, theres sooo much to take in. This is definately a movie you must see several times before being able to grasp it all. Very overwhelming the first time.

Aside from the massive techno orgy in the muddy cavern, that stuff really isnt my thing, the rest of the movie rocked! Beautiful fights, cool guns, car chases causing the biggest traffic jam in history, woohoo! :D :D :D Dont expect to come out all knowing and saying "Yeah I got it all, makes perfect sense!" Not. But the story is very well done, like I said see it alot and youll get it. When the Architect started talking I was like :nut: but I got the jist of it.

Well Im not giving away anymore spoilers. (Although leXX could probably tell the whole story inside out by now ;)) Start posting those reviews!

Oh and stick around till after the credits...youll see. ;)

yea i must say the orgy sean went for longer then it needed to

my favourite part was the bit where neo was fighting all the agent smiths they just kept comming. he was like hitting them 50 feet across the air and stuff. and when they all jumped on him he threw allllllll of them off him.

and i like the bit where trinity was on her bike then she jumped off the building and backfliped off it and it crashed into that building causing it 2 explode

And i thourght the twins would be in it for longer then they were

but it finished off nowhere and that guy beside neo wasnt that the guy that was gonna stab him , the one that cut his own hand

i heard when you see the agent smith go through to the real world that he takes over that guys body

did you stay intill after the credits

people told me there is somthing on after it but i didnt stay what happened?

Was it good? Gotta go see it myself. Since i am one year away from actually being able to see it by my self without parents. (I'm 17 and proud) Is there any nudity? Hope not, otherwise I can't see it. (%#@!$^*&!!!)

You get a glimpse of Neo's rear crack. And you see 2-3 women with semi-see-through shirts in the Zion orgy. I really did not know why this movie was rated R, took me so much effort to get a parent to come with us to see it...(im 16)

Anyways, I too was confused by what the Architect was saying, hopefully it will be cleared up in Revolutions. :D

Ah, finally saw it yesterday. It was aright... I guess there are just too many movies out with big special effects so I'm used to seeing all the uber out there sorta things. Plus I watch anime and they have wierder stuff in them than Reloaded XD Anywayz, I kinda enjoyed the orgy party lol... but yeah it was kewl.

And wassup, it's not rated R because it was only nipples. Nothing more.

:eyeraise: What? Could you please explain what you meant there? I was just stating that it didn't really have any major violence or they didn't really show any "suggestive" themes for too long. Probably the ratings people thought that the story related to the real world too much and some people or little kids might get paranoid (unlike, lets say, LOTR, which had as much/more violence and action but didn't tie in to anything about our Earth).

I know LOTR wasn't THAT violent but I don't think Matrix Reloaded was more violent than LOTR though. As for the sexual themes, ok, wow, they showed some nipples for like 2 seconds. According to Yahoo!, it was rated R for sci-fi violence and some sexuality. I don't think the "sci-fi violence and some sexuality" deserved an R rating though.

Hey were going off topic here , better get back on or a mod will close it.

Dose any1 know why neo could stop the senticals

i think its becouse

When Smith tryed to trun neo into a copy of himself he infected neo with a little bit of him self, and since smith can control the senticals , neo could aswell becouse smith had passed the ability onto him , and he went into the coma becouse he used up all of him energy useing his new skill

and with the guy who was beside neo at the end

right at the start you see him get truned into a agent smith then smith goes through the phone

when the smith went through the phone he came into that guys body and when he was cutting him self he was seeing what it was like to bleed , since he is machine and cant , and he was trying to kill neo from the real world since he cant do it in the matrix since neo is to powerful there

What do ya think?

Yup I think pretty much all of us have the same idea. Except I didnt think about Smith being able to control Sentinels, how do you know he can do that? In the first Matrix he said "Deploy the Sentinels" but that doesnt mean Agents can control them, they just send the word to the Sentinels to attack. We're just gonna have to wait and see what the deal is with Neo in Revolutions.

Maybe Smith had emergency access to them, you know an emergency override program. *nods*

If he [smith] doesn't control them.......any thoughts about who might? I'm inclined to think that Smith does in fact control them. A discussion on Matrix theory could go on forever, I'm too tired to get into details at this point.
