I can not verify this information, all I know is what has been posted. Although i'm very concerned about differing release date reports between the US and the UK US Amazon says June 25th UK Amazon says September 3rd!!!! I may consider shipping it from the US to get it on 25th Does anyone else think that this really sucks? the thought of you lot happily playing for over 2 months while i sit and play Solitaire is killing me! I'm tempted to just give up. THERE IS NO RELEASE DATE YET. <----if I could make that blink, glow, shoot fireworks, and reach out of the screen and slap your momma, I'd do it Stores need to have "firm" dates because stores can't operate on "I don't know". You can NOT tell a customer "I don't know". It is MUCH EASIER, from a CSR point of view, to eventually have to tell the customer "Sorry, they pushed the date back again", rather than to look incompetent by telling the customer "uhh yeah man, like we don't know yet" ESPECIALLY when your competitors are announcing "firm" dates! After all, if YOU say "I don't know", and your competitor says "we'll DEFINITELY be shipping on June 25", and BOTH OF YOU are accepting pre-orders....who do you think the customer is going to pre-order from? I'd put my cash down on the counter with the person announcing a firm shipping date (if I didn't know how the software industry worked from the inside). So, for the record: 1.
