I'm getting some random lockups and stuff recently, and I have a sneaking suspicion it might be the RAM. Anyway, I seriously need to build myself a new rig by the end of the year. :/

er...just got an uber laptop, here are the specs (its a toshiba)

 

512mb ram

 

nvidia geforce FX

 

2.2 ghz

 

err....

 

wireless internet (where you can get it)

 

nice speakers (harman/kardon, with subwoofer)

 

pentium 4

 

60 gb harddrive

 

sd expansion thingy

 

type II pc card

 

some really really cool touchpad

 

15 something or other screen

 

some dolby digital

 

P.S, battery power suks, but i cant complain

this is what i got so far.. i need more parts but when my shuttle motherboard comes then i will be set

i got a 17" flat screen to.

I also have a t1 connection.

time to blast u punks out of the water.

Maybe he is just off because of how you lose drive space...maybe he got 130 or 140 gig and it shows as 128.

 

I have 2 80 gig drives and both say drive size 74gig....not sure why you lose so much but ya do.

 

That may be true but still...Athlon 4500+?? Thats pure BS! It doesn't even exist.:mad:

Hmm...the numbers on that Sony mean 48 write, 24 re-write, 48 read, and 16 ???....or what ? Can you explain that? Cuz I know mine is 32x10x40 (write, re-write, and read) so why does that one have 4 numbers?
