That one new "lake" film..forgot the name.....which had nothing to do with a lake...but about a murder mystery where the dad wants revenge on his daughter's murder..........boring..drawn out...pointless....not to mention....awful ending.... Titanic was the worst movie of all time. Period. The fact that it also happens to be the biggest-grossing movie of all time as well just goes to show you why such awful movies keep getting made. My favorite "Ed Wood-ian movie that is just so very bad that it's great" award goes to a really terrible piece of film called "Road Games" It stars Stacey Keach and a very young Jamie Lee Curtis,.. and if you ever find it get all your friends together to watch it! CALIGULA I came across this in my parents porn collection(!) when I was around 14(!!). I heard that this was meant to be the worst movie of all time, Ebert says it's the only movie he's ever walked out of, it was supposed to be filled with hardcore sex scenes, etc. But nothing could prepare me for what happened next. There was incest, rape, gay sex (I'm OK with gays but I did NOT want to see them ... you know), necrophilia and the thankfully light scenes of bestiality. It would probably make Ed Gein look away in disgust. Now I've never had anything against sex/nudity in films (Salma Hayek in Desperado ) but that was taking it too far. The acting was painfully bad, the sets mostly all looked the same, historical innacuracy was high (a lawnmower decapitation machine in ancient Rome?) in the script was crap and the editor was probably under the influence of some sort of narcotic substance. I agree with Titanic sucking huge...uh...thingies. Daredevil would have been great if it had come out before the first Spider-Man movie. I still liked it though. I understand that they're making another one? AvP sucked. Sorry to whomever actually liked it. As I said in the AvP thread, there were huge mountains of cheese in that movie. Really could have used some wine. Again, any of the dancing/chick flick/ teenie bopper movies: Save the last Dance, You Drive Me Crazy, etc. should have never been made. What an arty load of predictable, unscary, derivative rubbish. Van Helsing has to be the worst film i have paid to see in a long time. I actually have a soft spot for bad-but-fun films. Usually. Mystic River is that. Its one of the best movies I've seen this year. I personally really liked it. Its really suspenseful. All you gotta do is pay attention to the story!
