Agree with me? Then this may interest you... My mod is out, two installations available, I mentioned it there, but I'll say it again, svosh is the best modelling teacher a giant monkey could ask for. There are item properties that reduce attack modifier by negative amounts as well as one's that reduce dmg. What you could do is make a custom sith soldier implant that makes them shoot like stormtroopers.
