MTV2 Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Martha stewart has now been relessed from jail, she got out at around 12:30(virginia) and left for the airport to go home. morehere
El Sitherino Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Wow, I bet the media's having a field day with this and their circus at the Jacko case. But, I could really care less. Considering the "prison" she was at, her home is most likely **** when compared.
IG-64 Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 speaking of her house, she can't leave her house. Not even to do gardening. Only time she can leave her house is to go to the store and stuff.
jon_hill987 Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Should I care? I don't. I'm really getting fed up with the stupid Celeb obsessed culture of today, If it isn't such and such trial for something, It's we are so shocked that so and so kept it from us that she was pregnant. I'm not fricking suprised she didn't say that she was pregnant! She probably didn't want people trying to ge her picture for some stupid fricking gossip mag. (i'm not talking about Martha Stewart here just celeb news in general)

I care very little about celebrities with the exception of how good I think they perform their particular skill, and only then so I can choose whether I want to check out their work. Their total value to me is the quality of services rendered.
jebbers Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 celebrities are just regular people with million dollar houses and idolized by the other regular people.
tags Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 what was she in for and why does she deserve a thread on the forums?

Tyrion Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Originally posted by MTV2 she has 48 hours every week to go outside(doctor, groceries, etc.) 48 hours, the hell? She could make a trip across the globe and back within the 2-day period...
XERXES Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Wait wait wait, am I supposed to care about her now?
MTV2 Posted March 6, 2005 Author Posted March 6, 2005 its what i heard, but they monitor her, so they would know where she goes, and its specifecially for groceries, docotors, family, movies etc.
legameboy Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 People need celebrities. They need to see people with weakness elevated to a high status. It's simply a source of entertainment. I mean, without celebrities, who would we poke fun at and how would we come up with idiotic jabs?
Thrackan Solo Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 wow...havent been here in about a year. i think martha stewart had raised the bar for prison cell decorating if you ask me.
Vikinor Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 She is already out? How long was her sentence because if Michael Jackson gets the same number of months/years then he's going to be back out doing what he was accussed of doing. (If I say it I might get in trouble.)
Vikinor Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 I don't care that Martha is out of prison. I just didn't know that her time was up. I do think that her not being able to leave the house is slightly funny though.
Vikinor Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 Isn't that a little over doing it though? It's not like she is some big time criminal under house arrest. It was only the stock market, what do they think she is gonna do make it crash?

Messing with the market (especially when it's at this stage where it's gimped out the ass) is not something that should be done.
acdcfanbill Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 oh yea, considereing Martha ended up about 40 grand richer for having traded early... lets see, she made 40 grand and we spent how man millions prosecuting her... waste of time imho.
tags Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 going to jail only gave her more publicity. now there are more people aware of her and she's getting back to buisness with other buisness people.
Vikinor Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 Well if most people are like me and don't really keep up with what happens to celebrities(mainly because I don't care) then that means that most people still think she is in jail. Like I did. Then again I doubt most people are like me.
