clonearcman Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I think a really funny mod for Bfront2 would be a playable Jabba the Hutt. You wouldn't have a real weapon but you would just roll over people while cussing in Huttese (or Huttish or whatever it is). What do you guys think. :
RaV™ Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Sounds like you'll get a laugh or two out of it for a few minutes, but then grow quickly old of it.
RC-1162 Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 i think the opponents would die of laughter at a hutt in a battle field.
PoiuyWired Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 You can make him a vehicle or something...
clonearcman Posted November 12, 2005 Author Posted November 12, 2005 After a person is rolled over they should make it so he looks totally flat in his death pose.
Commander Obi-Wan Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 That would be interesting...would he be invinceable? A lot of health?
clonearcman Posted November 13, 2005 Author Posted November 13, 2005 Probably just a lot of health. Invincibility would be pretty cheap.
lord-slane Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 I think that would be pretty cool...and funny.
ParanoidAndroid Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 could be amusing if it could be done...
AT-ATNemesis Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Jabba wouldnt be eated by rancor though doesent make sense he's too fat to fit in the rancors gob
clonearcman Posted January 7, 2006 Author Posted January 7, 2006 Anybody have any other interesting mod ideas?
ParanoidAndroid Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Jawas vs. Stormtroopers! (Jawas get playable droids, including a salvaged assassin droid and a gonk droid with a self destruct, like the recon droid.)
clonearcman Posted January 8, 2006 Author Posted January 8, 2006 A bounty hunter group like Dash Rendar, IG-88, HK-47, and the lizard guy that hates wookies against one of the main groups.
JetTrooper13 Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Oh is this for any mod ideas or just funny ones? Cuz I think a lvl where play as any team, but fight a team of about fifty or so Jedi/Sith would be cool.
Aroman Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 An Ewok Jedi!!!! you could throw your saber like a spear and when you realize you just lost your only weapon by pelting it at some random dude, you run around in circles screaming, "Ouwoo! Ouwoo! Areeba!!!!!!"
jawathehutt Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 or even better, an ewok jedi whos lightsaber doubles of a spork of xtr3m3 pwnage + 10000009999999999999!!!!!!!!1111111111111
Zakkk Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 This isn't really funny but maybe you could play as the characters from KOTOR?
Darth Andrew Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 That idea has been suggested a lot of times in the Battlefront 3 Wishlist thread. I have no say on the matter, as I've never played any of the KotORs.

I have no say on the matter, as I've never played any of the KotORs. Andy, Andy, Andy... Any SW gamer has to try KotOR, I only got them about 6 months ago and I loved them, they really are excellent games and I don't even play RPGs. I strongly recommend them.
Darth Andrew Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 Andy, Andy, Andy...I HATE that name. *shivers* Well, one reason I've never played them is that the combat is menu-based, and not real time. KotOR is menu-based, right? But anyway....
MachineCult Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 I HATE that name. *shivers* Well, one reason I've never played them is that the combat is menu-based, and not real time. KotOR is menu-based, right? Not quite menu-based, and it definitely is real time, but you don't control the combat in real time, you tell you're NPCs what to do, tell Carth to shoot that guy, then use rapid fire on that guy, and at the same time, Revan use force lightning on that guy, then saber that guy, and Bastila saber throw that guy then just stay out of the way. You have to click alot thats for darn sure, you queue up what you want your party to do and they go and do it, again, real time. I had my reservations about it when I heard what the combat was like, but it honestly takes nothing away from the gameplay. (Sorry, couldn't find any screens of the combat in-game.)
