There was a mod that put in items througout the game that increased one's repair skill so that any character could get it high enough to upgrade HK-47, I don't remember what it was called. Also, 3. Is there a mod similar to Talchia's hardcore mod but not /as/ hardcore? Thanks for the help. edit: 4.
