Arreat Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I heard of this site - http://msn.41m.com has anyone tried this? I'd do it, but it wan'ts me to install a toolbar which I don't want.
Hermie Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I've heard of people installing things like that, then it automatically send out an ad for itself to your entire contact list, and cause a lot of other ****. Besides, if people block you, it's usually not worth bothering with them anyways.
Nerd_Annhilator Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 aMSN (google it!) tells you who's deleted you and such. Thats about the only accurate thing I can think of.

Commander Obi-Wan Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 It's kinda of obviously if they've blocked you and you've noticed they haven't been online in quite a while. Cool, though. EDIT: I tried it, and nobody has ever blocked me. But 2 users, have deleted (not blocked) me. Though, it's the same thing to me.

Commander Obi-Wan Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I downloaded and installed it - how do I find out? Just go back to the link you posted and then, type your e-mail and then your password, and it should work.
Commander Obi-Wan Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Oh, I meant aMSN. Same thing actually. I have it downloaded and it works the same way as the link you posted.
Arreat Posted September 26, 2006 Author Posted September 26, 2006 What?? How can I tell if I've been blocked?
Commander Obi-Wan Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 What?? How can I tell if I've been blocked? There is a red X over the user that have deleted you and probably a avoid/cancel sign over them if you've been blocked. And if you see none of those, then it looks like you haven't been blocked or deleted.
Lightsaberboy Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Well, I dunno if you can do this for msn, but for aim, I hvae a separate secret aim account that has an exact duplicate of my buddy list. If i think someone's blocking me, I log onto the other one and if they show up on that list, then I know they blocked me.
TiE23 Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I don't feel good giving out my MSN password thank-ya very much.
Pie™ Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Yeah, I wouldn't recommend anyone to give away their password to any of these sites, they've been known to steal accounts in the past.
Commander Obi-Wan Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I'd just change my password after checking it. In which, I should do soon.
LightNinja Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I've heard that if you go to Tools->Options->Privacity and you make a right clic over one direction, if you can select the Delete option it means that that person has erased you from their contact list
Great Scott! Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 It's kinda of obviously if they've blocked you and you've noticed they haven't been online in quite a while.Yeah, because, you know, nobody ever stops using the program, have gotten on in a long time, etc. Everybody's life revolves around the program.
CapNColostomy Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Why would you care to know who doesn't like you? Isn't it obvious? I don't ****ing get it.
Pho3nix Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 If you use aMSN (the Linux version of MSN Messenger) you can see if someone has deleted you from their list. But in the normal Messenger I dunno if you can see it.
Arreat Posted September 29, 2006 Author Posted September 29, 2006 Why would you care to know who doesn't like you? Isn't it obvious? I don't ****ing get it. No, I'd like to know because I've too much contacts on my list and I want to know who still has me on their list. Try reading the whole thread first. I just have too much contacts, where'd you get the idea that I want to know who likes me? :S
Black Knight of Keno Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 GAIM and Trillian show who has blocked you. Probably other similiar Messaging programs show it too if they are actally worth using
