SpaceAlex
You certainly have to acquire a taste for these textures. Some of them are very... colorful. Still, some are excellent and, like others, I'll just delete the ones I don't like. Anyway, you might want to ask the KOTOR Files staff to put your mod on the site. That's where most people go for mods.

If anybody has an idea on what textures you did or didn't like let me know and why id like to know. Put in list form like Nar 1green floor because its green-Actually its glass over circuitry 2 3 Hey... Overall as said I give the mod 8/10 - Generally excellent and it's obvious a lot of effort went into it. General rule - I deleted all your glass textures, as they stopped the glass being see through. Peragus - excellent - I think it has a real claustrophobic Alien feel to it now (that's a really good thing!); only Textures that I deleted was the glass (and Kolto tank glass) you can't see into space and the rock (I didn't think it looked very rock like). Harbringer - Perfect! Don't think I deleted anything here. Telos - Citadel Station; overall brilliant, only textures deleted here were the Cantina ones as I didn't think they were at all realistic and the one's on the external buildings; as I thought too much difference between video and the background. Telos Surface - Generally excellent; I think I only deleted the skyboxes here. Telos Military base - again very good, think it was only glass I deleted here. (nb) As well as the 'players' Shuttle again due to video differences. Telos Polar Academy - Did quite a bit of deletion here; I didn't think the ice finish on top looked correct, nor did I think the walls had the correct 'feel' that I thought the Academy was going for. Dantooine - Mixed bag this - I deleted the green moss textures for the rocks, as looked too square inside the crystal caves (they re-used the textures). Khoonda indoors looked amazing! Outdoors I deleted the glass surface walls of Khoonda as didn't think them realistic. Jedi Conclave looked amazing. Not had a look inside 'rebuilt' bit yet. Nar Shaada - Possibly one of the best looking area's in game now. I too didn't like the green glass/flooring, didn't think it kept in with the rest of the planet. Very few textures deleted here, I though the Cantina, had a wonderful tacky/sleazy feel to it here. Goto's Ship; wasn't a fan, deleted most of the texture's here I'm affraid, much preferred the original look. Dxun; jungle pretty good. Deleted the flooring; interestingly for whatever reason, with your custom floors the grass only appears a few feet in front of your party, but without the custom floors grass all over the level. Deleted one of to rock types as well as change the tree-line back to original. The Mandalorian camp I didn't think in keeping with a battered old camp. Also made quite a few changes to Freedon Nadd's tomb, went back to the original - thought your textures here were 'too busy' again. Onderon; simply fantastic - made a couple of changes, deleted a couple of the floor tiles as thought it made it 'too busy' replaced Royal Palace ones with the green posh ones as well. Korriban - I wasn't much a fan here I must be honest - deleted quite a few textures (didn't feel them in keeping, and a bit too busy again for my tastes) - also mistake on the Hawk I mentioned before. Ravager - To be frank, I thought this felt rushed, and just wasn't right, deleted most of the textures. Malachor - Surface looked great, I wasn't a fan of quite a few of the wall textures used in here. Brilliant mod overall; I think it is the type of thing, where you will get varying opinions as to what is good and bad. I'm 'pimping' it at the moment, can send you the results for you to look out when I'm finished if you want?
TheExile
I agree with what you said jonathan7. Can you tell me what textures you deleted because I have the EXACT same opinion as you. Wait, it's not 100% compatible because I <3<3<3<3 the skyboxex!!! Please tell me what textures you deleted except the skies. Thanks. ~EX~

jonathan7
Uh, then can you send the textures you have in the override? So I know what to delete... I'm not meaning to be difficult, but I can't see how I can do this. No offence, but I have better things to do than write out the names of the 629 of Xarwarz textures I have in my override. Even if I take screenshots of my override, will take a while to do. I haven't finishing messing around with it anyway; best bet at the moment for you is to download Gimp and go through the textures yourself deleting the ones you don't like - that will only take you a little longer than what your suggesting doing atm. Quatra
I have one question. I want to know if you change something in the equipements textures... i think they look different. I also have a problem with the alignement. The bar is reversed which means, the light bar is on the bottom and the dark bar on top. I don't know if it is your mod or anything but it only happened when i put your mod. I am on telos right now. I like Peragus and the harbinger and telos so far

Revan 411
Can you please post the entire version on Kotorfiles? Cause i don't want to be downloading lots of texture files one by one so if its no trouble please post the entire version on Kotorfiles.
jonathan7
Can you please post the entire version on Kotorfiles? Cause i don't want to be downloading lots of texture files one by one so if its no trouble please post the entire version on Kotorfiles. You don't have to download lots of texture files 1 by 1, the file downloads are divided by location (planet/ship) IIRC KotOR Files, doesn't host files bigger than 250MB, so this mod would have to be split there anyway. I think Randydg had invited Xarwarz to upload his mod there; and Randy's website (playergamefiles) has an auto resume future, which I'm sure many will find useful given the size of this mod. Well if you want the mod I'd download it from it's current location; your acting like an old person scared of something new at the moment. The mod is even hosted on the same Network as KotOR Files; so if did get put on KotOR files, it would probably be in much the same format it is now. Salzella
Kotorfiles does have the Movie patches for TSL, which comes in several different 'portions', much like this one, however IIRC that was an official mod, so maybe that was a special case. If not though, there's your precedent. Either way, why not just ask a staff member? There's your definitive answer.
