You're right, the site responds verry quickly again, so or the world gave up on telltale and left the site, or they fixed it

I don't think there was any kind of standard. Sometimes they came out quickly and sometimes they didn't. I bet Telltale really needs to be flexible with this.

The emails only get sent out once its released, depending on where you are in the list it could take a few hours.
