They updated it in an attempt to draw in more players. It went from deep and complex to shallow and retarded. It was a worse game, so no new people came, and it ruined everyone's time who actually liked the damn game and made them all leave.

They apparently announced it only the day before and changed the game completely. Before the change, Jedi characters were for the truly elite. But after the update, you could create a level one character as a Jedi.
