Totenkopf Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 So, who DIDN't see this coming down the pike..... http://cinemablend.com/new/The-A-Team-Trailer-In-HD-With-Screencaps-16481.html
Astor Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 It doesn't look too bad... does it? I'm really not sure about it, but some of it looked a little cheesy.
mimartin Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 It doesn't look too bad... does it?[/Quote] Yes. I'm really not sure about it, but some of it looked a little cheesy. The entire concept is cheese and not fresh cheese either. Old stale smelly cheese from the 1980s. At least they could have updated that stupid van.
Ztalker Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Hmmm... Difficult. I get a feeling the makes want to do the old series honor (hence the van) but want to make it something new too (with the insane, INSANE over the top action). I'm afraid it will suck because the movie will be unbalanced. Star Trek reboot was good because it was entirely new...
Mav Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I was too young to have watch A-Team in it's original form, but Bradley Cooper is in this new A-Team movie, and Bradley Cooper is hilarious, so yeah I'm mildly intrigued.
Jae Onasi Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 If the new actor for Howlin' Mad Murdock is as crazy as Dwight Schultz played him, I'm in.
urluckyday Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 Why are they doing this movie? It's obvious that they're completely out of good ideas for mass-marketed films.
Jae Onasi Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 Why are they doing this movie? Because A-Team fanatic Gen-Xers like me will shell out good money to see it, no matter how cheesy it is.
Rabish Bini Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 It looks alright, Rampage Jackson's in it, and I'm a HUGE UFC fan, so I'll go see it
Totenkopf Posted January 17, 2010 Author Posted January 17, 2010 It doesn't look too bad... does it? I'm really not sure about it, but some of it looked a little cheesy. What, you mean esp like that last totally over-the-top 5 seconds or so?
Titanius Anglesmith Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I never watched the original show, as I hadn't been born yet, but Liam Neeson, Sharlto Copley (District 9), and Bradley Cooper are in this, so I will definitely be seeing it.
Rabish Bini Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I pity the fool who has to play B. A. Rampage Jackson? He's a legend
RedHawke Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 If the new actor for Howlin' Mad Murdock is as crazy as Dwight Schultz played him, I'm in. Definitely...
Darth Avlectus Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I liked watching the reruns on TV as a kid of my current physical form.
