MrWally
Due to the number of people who ticked the box, GameStation claims believes as many as 88 percent of people do not read the terms and conditions of a Web site before they make a purchase. That actually seems a little low.... O.o

Kain
HA!! Reminds me of when I got my friend's soul. I sold him a year with my fiance' for his soul. He neglected to tell me what year he wanted her in, thereby making it MY decision. So, I have an extra soul...
Darth Avlectus
Oh what? Guess he proved his point: the overwhelming/vast majority of people don't read the fine print in a contract. MrWally
Reminds me of way back to Sophomore year in high school when we'd Rock-Paper-Scissors people in gym class for each other's souls. We were so cool.

swphreak
All joking aside, I always wonder how enforceable those Terms and Conditions, ELUA, etc are. You almost have to be a lawyer to read and understand those things.
urluckyday
^And I always hear the argument in courts that "the defendant didn't properly understand the contractual agreement," so I don't know how well it could stand up. But I'm sure they only really use them to cover every part of their a**es, although, I wouldn't be surprised to see them turn into the "Free Credit Report" kind of thing where you have to enroll in something before you can use it, but it's only seen in the fine print...
