Rogue15 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 awesome graphics...then again the last gta i played was san andreas... hijacked a small jet and a helicopter so far for awesomeness...as well as a sail boat and a jet ski. the water effects are incredible.
K_Kinnison Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Concidering they spent as much money making GTA5 as some Blockbuster movies do. It should be good. Never cared for the concept of GTA, tho whole series started based on a programming glitch. bought the digital upgrade pack for SWTOR. tho some gameplay issues i don't understand. Like how am i suppose to be able to use the items that are in the upgrade pack?
Rogue15 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 go to inventory, i'll have to log on tomorrow after i do my algebra homework..
edlib Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 Not much to report. Life is currently very dull. Work. Sleep. Work... Blah.
Rogue15 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 very high chance of me meeting my former coworker from walmart, the one that I wanted to date a few months ago, we'll see if this happens...only downside is she lives 2 hours away, but I think the trip will be worth finding out if she's into me as more than a friend.. *xfiles music*
Keyan Farlander Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 My life has been made so complicated by trying to figure out how to connect equipment with balanced and unbalanced i/o. Screw you, electrical engineers!
Rogue15 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 yeah that always confuses me...never had "true" surround sound, color connectors never matched up with my old "surround sound" speakers.
Wildstar Posted September 19, 2013 Author Posted September 19, 2013 259-162-244 last night for a 665...that's my best game and series in my winter league in a few years.
Rogue15 Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 lol well apparently there was a 'open house' at her kid's school she forgot about, so onto GTA V it is! no ****s given!
edlib Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 My life has been made so complicated by trying to figure out how to connect equipment with balanced and unbalanced i/o. Screw you, electrical engineers! Before digital, that was a career. My career, actually. After digital, it's pretty much the same, only now with word clock error warnings and sample rate conversion mismatches. My board only does AES I/O... my CD and flash recorders only do SPIDF I/O... the board has to run at 48K to interface with the Nuendo computer... but the CD recorders give errors when clocked to anything but 44.1. Why? WHHHYYYYYY?!??
Keyan Farlander Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Yeah, I was worried about the digital stuff too. I eliminated that problem by doing nothing digitally at all outside the AD/DA converters. For now And speaking of standards and no one adopting the same ones, Apple and Microsoft have also ruined my life by implementing 64-bit compilation differently. Screw you, software developers!
Rogue15 Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 addicted to late night workouts.... that chick blew me off completely, **** it anyways i had more fun playing GTA V than i would've had driving 2 hours to NJ....
K_Kinnison Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Every thursday now for the last 4 weeks I have been stopping at the same bar. The Bartenders now know me by name, and what I like. The barflies are introducing themselves to me and we are having a nice chat while I drink my HALF STIEN of GERMAN BEER (Randomly chest bumps someone nearby and gives a yell while holding his beer high into the air) And the fact that three nice looking ladies sitting next to me in Dirndl (also Dirndl) gave me an Oktobefest button ends up making my whole week wonderful
Rogue15 Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 lol nice. last year during a break in training and prior to shipping to kuwait i stop into this bar that changed names like 4 times since i been going there, the bartender was like 'hey where've you been?' lol i should go back there more often but idk, drinking isn't what it once was...having much success with my workout routine now that i have a decent routine down...definitely getting my moneys worth of gym membership!!! though when i do drink, i rarely do mixed drinks anymore since i bought my own bottles it just seems too expensive lmao i can get a whole bottle for the amount it costs me to get a buzz at the bar. beer on the other hand, well i drink a few pints of yuengling lager a week, but even that is getting lame. especially since i want to cut fat and build muscle, alcohol really is no good to me!
K_Kinnison Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Just scored VIP tickets to craft beer night at Oktoberfest. Aged beers and food from my favorite bar
Rogue15 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 saw the movie 'prisoners' tonight with my friend. great movie!
Rogue15 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 went to race for the cure...omfg my shins decided to **** me in the ass....... ended up only running like a mile before saying **** it all and walking the rest. lmao next year, bitches!!!! weighed myself this morning...holy **** i weighed at 216!!!! last year i only weighed 175. crazy. and i'm eating healthy, haven't touched mcdonalds once, been going to the ****in gym every ****in day. idk why i'm not losing any weight. maybe i should just run more? idk...i'm not giving up. got myself a pair of boxing gloves (level 1) that work for bag, mitt, and sparring. $20 at kmart they were on clearance, everlast brand. also got some weighted mma mitts for $3. at least there's a bag at the gym i can train with. gonna play some GTA V for a few hours, take a nap, go to church then pick up my friend and go out to eat and to a night club in wilkes barre. havent been down that way in forever.
Wildstar Posted September 21, 2013 Author Posted September 21, 2013 R15, they say weight gain is actually normal if you're training to build muscle...the weight gain is lean muscle rather than fat.
edlib Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I need more of that... and less of the other. Unlocked the 2nd-to-last achievement on Forza 4 last night. Now... do I go all the way and try to unlock the last one? (Coming in first on every race of the game.) It wouldn't be particularly difficult... just very, very time consuming. I'm well more than halfway there already... but it could take months to finish. Oh well... might as well... Unless a woman suddenly and unexpectedly appears at my door with wild romantic intentions, I've got a whole-lot-of-nothing-else going on in my life right now to keep me from undertaking meaningless goals such as this.
Keyan Farlander Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 We should stop playing video games and go cut a number 1 album. Nitro plays bass, right? We just need a drummer.
edlib Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Sounds like a plan. At least a better plan than I have.
Rogue15 Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 just had an awesome night out at both church and the bars......m i going to hell for doing both?
