The people that lived across the street from me had just moved down from Alaska and were outside in shorts. Nowadays, I don't consider it cold unless they tell me it's too cold on the radio, via some state broadcast telling us to remain in our homes and cut back power usage so vital functions such as hospitals have all the power they need.
