Whenever someone says "I have x amount of posts" it will invariably have changed by the time someone else reads it. So you should say "I have x+1" or "x+7" or "x+45 amount of posts." You would post once, then post again, telling people how many posts you are on. Then your number of posts would have increased, thus you would need to then post up your new total number of postings.
