I totaly agree Toonces, Using anything but the actual model in the icon doesn't look very professional.

hey toonces grat work on the palpatine and now in the kit fisto model!!! both r great models.

 

Well sorry to bother u with this nonesense but here it goes, i replaced desann with your palpatine model in sp, everything looks fine the facial animations and all, but there is only one small problem, everytime he talks to someone he is staring at his left shoulder :D he looks so dumb, anyway no big deal but just wanted to let u know about it so when we get the kit fisto model nothing similar happens, thanks again for both models, here is a screendhot of what i am talking about:

hmm, wierd. Two things, the model was made hunched over, so he'll never look directly at somebody unless I could make custom animations. Second, I have used him in single player and he can twist his head in any direction so I'm not sure why your having a problem, nobody has reported anything simmilar

 

If it continues I will investigate this :)

 

Kit Fisto was not modeled hunched over :)

ok i checked again and it seems like that happens just in that particular cutscene, when tavion walks into the ship, he stares at her and his neck gets kind of locked in to that position, the model works perfect in the rest of the cutscenes but sometimes he just doesn't look where he is supose to be looking, in all these pics he is doing fine but when he gets to the end check what happens:

Toonces, i sent you a pm about facial anims, i need your help!

 

I weighted everything to "head_face" but carcass cant reach the bones? how are we supposed to animate the face if it cant be weighted??? I'm still trying to figure out what i'm doing wrong.
