Trahern Valley Posted November 23, 2002 Posted November 23, 2002 After reading that cunning plan, it occurs to me that a good weaponsmith should go out and test his latest invention before selling it off... I wonder how the Empire gets its weapons...
swediot=) Posted November 23, 2002 Posted November 23, 2002 i reackon my plan kicks ass so to speak im gonna be rich and i want a tiger as a pet
yo-wazza Posted November 23, 2002 Posted November 23, 2002 JEDI , BOUNTY HUNTER or WEAPONS SMITH... Seeing ass Jedi and Bounty will take too long... i am leaning alot towards weapon [ gun smith i mean].. i reckon there will be alot of money for a lone weaponsmith surporting the marksmen/bounty/smugler etc....
swediot=) Posted November 23, 2002 Posted November 23, 2002 umm dude if i were you i would take jedi out of the list because it probably wont happen
oldpainless Posted November 28, 2002 Posted November 28, 2002 i'm gonna be weaponsmith or armorer to start with. Caus all u trigger happy .... are gonna needs lots of armor and weapons. When i can make a good enough weapon, i'll keep it and start on something else.
r0b Posted December 9, 2002 Posted December 9, 2002 ranger or explorer i always end up going the outdoor type classes.adv in ao archer/ranger in ac2 beta.its fun to be able to roam the country side
Trahern Valley Posted December 15, 2002 Posted December 15, 2002 I've decided I want to put some droids together before I start making blasters. One droid to help make them all One droid to test them One droid to sell them all So I'll have one of each of them
Kakar0t Posted December 18, 2002 Posted December 18, 2002 I wonder how damage is going to work in SWG i mean in other mmorpgs people use swords and such. To fight a dragon or god in everquest 60 people go in and slash the bajesus out of it with their swords and then it dies. But if you have a lightsaber wouldnt that kill anything in 1 hit..I mean come on the lightsaber is supposed to cut through anything right. a few other interesting ideas: What if a lightsaber was dropped on the ground wouldnt it go through the planet?? Why limit the lightsabers length to a few feet?! make it expand hundreds of miles so you can chop the deathstar in half right from the planets surface! anyways..lol back to web class
Luey Fubar Posted December 18, 2002 Posted December 18, 2002 I've decided to be the Gunsmith of the little colonie we're hoping to start off.

Of couse the Jedi can keep it on using the Force (saber throw).
Altus_Thrawn Posted December 24, 2002 Posted December 24, 2002 I'm looking at: Gunsmith so I can sell and design usefull things. Architect so I can make my own and other's houses. Teras Kasi guy so I can be dangerous. Droid smith cause that would be cool. That's about all.
bothanjedi Posted January 4, 2003 Posted January 4, 2003 Well, I had originally chosen to be a space craft designer, though it is not on that list I hope it will be when the expeannsion comes out. With that said, I will have to choose to be either a bounty hunter, jedi (if the chance arises), a weapons smith or a melee weapons smith when it finally comes out.
Deft Aklin Posted January 5, 2003 Posted January 5, 2003 I was thinking one of the following: Politician, Marksman, Gunsmith or Squad leader. I just wish I knew more about the stats and CharGen to make a more informed decision.
Mortigiloj Posted January 6, 2003 Posted January 6, 2003 I'm going to start out as an architect and hopefully move up to Merchant status. It seems to me that most people are going to be adventurers of some sort, so no doubt they'll need a place to store all their loot and such. Also, having your own house is quite a status builder, so a lot of people will want one of those. Not many people chose Architect, so I will be in high demand. Not to mention that I'd have one kick-ass house. I want to work my way up to merchant simply because I'm greedy.
Gontheboy Posted January 9, 2003 Posted January 9, 2003 I will try to become a bounty hunter eventually. But before that I will probably be a gunsmith or an armourer or maybe miner so I get use to the game. I will collect up my money and make good guns and armour during my old jobs, collecting these items for use when I become a bounty hunter
Phalnax Posted January 9, 2003 Posted January 9, 2003 i want to slaughter things, and sell womens dresses
RedShift Posted January 10, 2003 Posted January 10, 2003 looks like architect or combat engineer for me...
Ingrown Posted January 10, 2003 Posted January 10, 2003 What happens when the Spce Expansion comes out? Do you have to delete your current Character to gain the profession of Pilot?
BlackDove Posted January 10, 2003 Posted January 10, 2003 I think you just stop with your skill tree and continue with the pilot profession
