Bwa ha ha ha! I guess now you'll have to actually learn school stuff with my tax money.

Here comes another evil laugh... Mwuuuuaaah ha ha aha ha! :dev7:

Hey, I'm just kidding. I graduated HS in 1996. We had the smiley faced macs my freshman year ---> : ) . My senior year the school got 5, count them 5 windows 95 pcs!

Now, my younger brother is a senior at the same school. They now run on multiple t3 dedicated servers! Bah! The worst thing is that my old HS has a better connection than the college I attend. I'm going back to WSU dang it!

I have the same problem at work. One of the things I found is that if a site that lets say is about GAMES. It cannot have GAME or anything like CHEAT or whatever in the URL. Sometimes even in the description - on search pages. However..sometimes you can find sites that will go through. I guess somehow the filter didn't catch them. So I try and go to a link that contains a brief little description of what I want without "games" or what have you in the description or ur. Sometimes this site called http://www.snoopblocker.com will work - but usually its really freekin slow. Best bet is to wait to surf the pages you can't get to at home. It suxs but ... that's the only pieces of advice I can give you. Luckily they haven't blocked this board yet!

Well, I suppose the school contracted a tech to set up a fire wall to block most sites. If your school has an intranet, a network running on a dedicated school server, your chances are slim to none. The school admin probably has a few of the computer geeks check interenet history periodically for illegal content.

So even if you did manage to find a site, chances are they'd follow it's history and block it. I should know, I did the same thing in school. :D
