Ingrown Posted January 11, 2003 Posted January 11, 2003 But the at really depends on how old you are. I'm 16, so how old are you guys? And by respecting my seniors, I mean respecting those that have set up a stable career, or in my ideology have done something worthy of my respect.
Jan Gaarni Posted January 11, 2003 Posted January 11, 2003 It does not matter wether you are young or old. You respect people nonetheless. Online, aswell as offline.
Wraith 8 Posted January 12, 2003 Author Posted January 12, 2003 Funny hah gaalgoth.... the PA is leaded by a 17 and 22 year old.. and we are leading people from over 30.... does make yah feel cool tho :p and i do respect all elders.... and i know this sounds weird... but i always demand some respect back. I will alway adress elders the right way... until they say i can do otherwise....
setsuko Posted January 19, 2003 Posted January 19, 2003 Well, I'm 21 now, and I must say that I have had less problem online with people older than me than I've had with younger people. Perhaps because they are more common, but I also believe that really young people (read 13-16) often think that they have to prove that they are so tough, which leads to general obnoxiousness. Thankfully, there has been few such people here, at least when I was around. I'm glad that the age in the Associates are one notch higher than what I am used to: I'm a kindergarden teacher at work, I don't like the thought of having to be it in my spare time too !
Jan Gaarni Posted January 19, 2003 Posted January 19, 2003 .... and i know this sounds weird... but i always demand some respect back. Well, of course. I give respect from day one, but if the person give none back, he's racing down on my respectometer. Usually though, the people I meet race the other way: Up.

MandalorianRage Posted March 3, 2003 Posted March 3, 2003 I'm 15. Yep.. I think I'm the only one who is.
Sunshine Badass Posted March 25, 2003 Posted March 25, 2003 I'm late to this... But better late than never right? Well anyways, I am 17 and a senior in high school. Didn't realize that such "old" people were being *cough* ruled *cough* by such a younger age category. And on the internet age shouldn't matter WHAT-SO-EVER!!! Respect and courtesy should always be practiced... ALWAYS respect people and you will be a better person for it in my eyes... *Cough* Like my opinion of you would ever cause you to think twice about respecting anyone which I find sad, but hey... Who am I to raise you with manners. "Older" people have even less reason to be disrespectful i.e. Maybe nothing to prove? Holy crap this is a long cough. *Cough*
Jackrabbit Posted March 25, 2003 Posted March 25, 2003 Hehe. 18, senior in High School. Has anybody had a birthday since they posted?
Ashmaster Posted March 25, 2003 Posted March 25, 2003 No birthday since I posted, but probably will be before it's released...will be 38 in June.
Altus_Thrawn Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 12. *crowd gasps* Age doesn't matter online, but in real life I have a thing....age doesn't matter. Just intelligence.
Sunshine Badass Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 ...Then... I guess teh question comes down to: How Intelligent Is Are The Associates.
Altus_Thrawn Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 Very I would guess, I feel surrounded by smart people here.
Jan Gaarni Posted March 29, 2003 Posted March 29, 2003 ...Then... I guess teh question comes down to: How Intelligent Is Are The Associates. lol, grammar has nothing little to do with Intelligence, young man.
