Ooooooooooooo, do you mean when you are like falling in deep sleep, then it feels like you BAM! hit the ground, and you wake up, and your heart is majorly pumping? Well, thats scary.

But, one weird dream of mine was when I liked Beanie Babies  :

*Dream*One day, my my mom, and my dad, went to a card collection store in the mall. Well, they had these never before realeased Beanie Babies. I saw them all on the shelf, and I pretty much remembered them. *Real Life* I woke up, and since we didnt go to the mall for a few weeks, we wanted to go. We went to the CArd Store, and there are the beanie babies, on the same spot, same shelf, and same guy behind the counter!

That was freaky for me, maybe I went into the future.......ugh, i still get scared to this day of that.

I was about 8 and there was this old cartoon on called the Snorks who were this underwater race that were different colors and had little "tubes" on their heads to allow them to breathe. They had a Halloween special one time and that night I dreamt I went underwater to see them and they all turned into different character like Frankenstein and vampires and other horrible stuff. I still have that nightmare somtimes and it is almost 12 years later.

I had a dream a couple of weeks ago that i was dead.

It was not so much freaky as it was just weird.....i was walking around talking to other dead people, some i knew, some i didn't. I died of the flu......and then i noticed that all us dead people were waiting outside of my house....and then we went inside....and that's all I really remember......I remember thinking to myself that it must be a dream....but then i thought that if i KNEW i was dreaming i should have woken up....and that's when i thought that i really WAS dead.....and when I woke up i was SO relieved to find out that i was alive....

I've had dreams like that too man. I had a lot of them when I was younger and I would just dream about something happening and then when it would happen everything was the same, including the same view that I had in the dream. Isn't it called Deja Vu? or is Deja Vu something more diffrent cause that's what I've called Deja Vu.

I had a dream I was playing counter-strike, and then all of the sudden I was actually in the game. I was on de_dust2 and I went through one of those doors you can't go through, and inside was a room with all these terrorists with AK47s and a table in the middle with a chick tied down on it. Then they pointed their guns at me and told me to go first in raping the girl on the table. I didn't want to do it, but I didn't want to get shot either so a commenced with it, and the girl didn't make a sound but the face she made was really disturbing; scared but still.

Moral of the story, play JK2 instead when you have those late-night gaming sesions.

Had an interesting dream last night...

I dreamed that there was a battlefield, in which David (from the Bible) was coming back from. I met him, David, his "side-kick" guy (can't remember his name, the second in command), and myself at a table set out next to a cave. We sat down and were discussing the battle. As we talked, a child (about age 9 or so) walked up. David introduced me to the child..named Jared. David stated that if Jared was willing to pick up a small rock and jab it in his leg (just jab, not stick it in) for the war, he would have enough love and loyalty for "the cause" (war, country, whatever) and would grow up to be an excellent soldier. "Jared" picked up a rock and did jam it in his leg. He said that he'd do it again if need be, but he was ready to fight. I could tell he was a very mature person.

We sat back down and Jared joined us. There were some basic food and drink at the table. Had water, tea, bread, and some vegetables. We were talking about how God supplies all of our needs. As we ate, I thanked god for supplying our needs. As we ate, everytime our arm went down to pick up the pitcher again, it would be full. We would pour the drinks, and everytime we go back to the pitcher, it was full again.

Eventually, David asked if I would join them on the battlefield. I stood up and said it would be an honor to join them and to do such a great thing for God. When I said that, They both looked at me, and David said, "God will certinaly honor such great loyalty." and I woke up.

My entire life, I have been "jabbing rocks". I've always made such sacrifices to people. I've made so much sacrifices, I've pretty much lost everything, for the cause of helping others. It's hard to stick with it, but I feel it's worth it. The dream really made me feel that God knows what is happening in my life right now, but I'm showing my loyalty by sticking with it. It seems like I'm mature for my christian "age", and I'm ready to fight (and I have). I'm am living on God's "bread and water", but no matter what, God will keep supplying those needs. In the end, God will honor the loyalty and I will be able to take part of the main battle between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light...not some little fights.

From my history, people say they can tell that I am going to be a tremendous threat to the kingdom of darkness...that's why Satan and his demons have attacked me so directly. (Long story, but it lasted 11 years)

Anyway, I thought the dream was pretty cool...and I feel that's what the dream meant. Most dreams, you immediatly forget, but this one just kept sticking with me.

Any thoughts?

For a freaky dream, I used to occasionally dream about one of my pets dying. Thing is, it would actually die within a month of the dream. In my entire life, only ONE of my pets havn't died after a dream like that (and I've had about 10 or so).

One dream was, our town was under attack by UFOs. I was in our house (after driving home with my grandmother) and the ships were shining red lights througout the house. I was trying to stay away from the windows, but one of the lights spotted my cat. I was like "No!". I ran and grabbed the cat, and hid it behind me. The light was right on me, however, I could hear my cat's heart beating VERY loud....but it got slower, and slower, and slower, till it just stopped...and I woke up. 2 weeks later, my cat died. :( Happened to 8 MORE pets. Dreams of the pet dying, and it happening. I used to be so depressed when I had one of the dreams, because I knew my pet was going to die soon.

Jedi Wannabe, I think another person has that avatar, and you double posted.

Ok here is my dream, I was at the park, and I looked at my body, I was a 6 year old! Then there was this slide, I started to go down it, and all of a sudden everything turned crazy and there was spikes at the end of the slide.

Still haunts me!

do you ever dream about doing something and being in a place. you get this image in your head then you wake up you forget all about it.

one specific moment later on in your life you start to think that you did the exact samething of what you're doing right now but can't seem to know when or where it happened. then the image starts to comeback in your head and you realize that it was from your dream.

that always happens to me. it really freaks me out. it seem like i can predict my future from my dreams.

Weird dream for me was when I was 12, I was in a dark tunnel and then this light kept chasing me, I ran, and ran. A few minutes later I was hit. And then I woke up......strange......Wasn't a train either it was just something......

Ever think about going to the vet after having one of those dreams? If you did, did your pet have a problem?

Last night's started out with me battling lions in a Gladiator arena. Fortunately, their bites felt like my dogs... :D

Then I escaped, went into a club (???) and there were these guys who let me stay in a room for free if I entertained their guests. For some reason, I was being chased by cops, so I accepted the offer.

The guys led me to an underwater passage with fish swimming around the clear walled hall I was in. A cop came, took out his gun, and then I woke up.

Makes no sense. I don't remember dreams, just the ones the night before.

I usually forget most of my dreams, but they are often precognitive I think the word is.

I'll just stop during a day and say to myself 'I've done this before' or something like that, and I can usually predict what happens for a short while after that. Scares the **** outta me each time.

Sometimes it was natural, but sometimes...being hit by a car, etc... Never thought of going to a vet, because we didn't have the money to do so at that age.

The one I've had ever since I was six is probably the freakiest. I've made myself forget a lot of them though.

It dealt with an old woman who starts living in my house for some reason. In short, family members go missing and I walk into her room to see her at a table, carving the skin of another one of my family members. She just looks up and stares at me then smiles. I then notice the coat rack type thing to her side that has the skins of other family members hanging on it. I had that every night when I was young and still occassionally go back to it. It's developed on a lot since then as have most of my dreams.

When I get a new nightmare it almost always ends horribly. As a result I barely slept as a child until a managed to develope a skill (thankfully) of going back into previous dreams and "righting" them. Fixing everything up. I've been able to do that for most of them but there's still a few that I can't do anything about.

As far as weirdest goes? Well, last week I had a dream that my brother and I were fighting with lightsabers on our south lawn but the sabers weren't hurting us. It then progressed to behind our shed where I watched in the distance a man dressed as a slice of bread, (no I'm serious) fight a man dressed like some sort of drink carton while a man dressed as a cow watched as kind of a referee. I then went inside my house where I was seemingly all alone. These "things" were trying to get into the house after I went in it. They looked like people but for some reason I just knew they weren't. They were emotionless and super strong and had a sole intent. My mind for some reason rendered them as images in my min dbut they came through as memories of types of food. The dream ended with me trying with all of my might to hold a sliding door closed while two of the things pulled on it. They started overpowering me and that's when I had to tell myself to wake up.

I don't sleep much nowadays. :indif: Lots of these were semi lucid dreams so they were all the more worse. I say semi because I knew that I was dreaming, I talked to myself in the dreams and I could control my skills in the dreams but I cannot control the "badness" in the dreams for some reason.

Just FYI, most dreams are just subconscious thoughts put together in a blender. Alot of the time, you can tell why you dreamed "that" in your dream. Your subconscience is unable to determine how they go together, so it gets throwns together randomly. So, if you see your best friend at college, while he's wearing a dress... well, a friend is in dreams common, perhaps you were thinking about going to a college or you are in a college and that would obviously get into your subconscience, and perhaps you were at a clothing store. Would your friend be at college, while wearing a dress? I hope not...unless that friend is a girl......but your subconscience doesn't know how to put it all together, so it gets thrown together.
