SkinWalker Posted April 1, 2003 Share Posted April 1, 2003 I found myself speaking to a gentleman last night at the local Barnes and Noble bookstore... i was browsing the Sciences section, which happens to be adjacent to the religion section. We sat, had coffee and chatted for at least two hours! You see, he was browsing the religion section. Anyway, long story short: I think I finally see the light. I understand the word of God as he told it to me! It was beautiful! I'm giving up my ideas of all that "evolution" nonsense. It is clear to me that a loving God could very easily have created it all to be the way it is and appears without millions or billions of years of evolution. The way Christ lived his life is my new path. I've accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and now I feel reborn! I look forward to tackling the same side of the thread as WhiteRaider, Reborn Outcast (hey... we have something in common!), Psydan, and (gulp!) Tie Guy! Move over guys... I have not always walked the walk, but I do not doubt the existence of God, since I had a very near brush with death once, and witnessed a genuine miracle. I stand beside you on your decision. I shall renounce any heathenistic items and opinions of mine, such as the Survival of the Fitest theory, and the Evolutionary Tree theory.
