•-BLaCKouT-• Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 I just had some noodles and was curious that's all. I only know two other people who can. B.
munik Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 It's not difficult. If given the choice, I would rather use a fork or spoon, but that is because I have always used those. Whatever utensil you feel comfortable with.
C'jais Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 Define "eat with". I just use 'em to shovel food into my mouth, while having the bowl slightly tipped and connected to my mouth. I do prefer the standard issue fingers, though.
coupes. Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 i used to work in an asian restaurant and ate there all the time, at one point i found it easier to eat with chopsticks than with a fork or spoon...
smellysocks Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 never tried...i dont usually go to resturants that have those...
Solbe M'ko Posted May 27, 2003 Posted May 27, 2003 I can use chopsticks, but I usually dont. We don't have any in our house, so i only use them at restaurants. Am I the only one, or do any of you other white guys ever go to a restaurant, and the waiter assumes you can't use chopsticks? This happens to me all the time, even at places I go to often.

Thrackan Solo Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 When i was 10 I asked for chopsticks at this asian resturaunt and the waitress looked at me like "Awww... the cute little boy" look. Like "this will be funny". Then I showed her up by whippin those bad sticks up to my mouth and shoveled it in. I have been able to use em, since i popped out of the womb.
El Sitherino Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 i eat with chopsticks if im not able to use my fingers.

ckcsaber Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 Yes, I can use chopsticks rather well. It's one of the things I picked up when I was living in Hong Kong.
ZBomber Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 Well, i can eat with them alittle. Last time I tried, I was like 9....

Icemaniax Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 I can, i have been able to as long as i can remember. I AM A CHOPSTICK NATURAL!!!!!!!!!! i can also play chopsticks on the piano
ET Warrior Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 Yes, yes I can in fact. I eat chinese food alot. Next to Sea food it's the best thing there is to eat. And whenever I goto a Chinese restaraunt I ask for chop sticks, it feels more.......right to eat chinese food that way.
wassup Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 Yes, I can use them pretty well, but's thats cause I'm Asian (born in China).
platypus202 Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 I am the best with chopsticks. One time, I was in a chineese restuarant, and a native Chineeese complimented me on how well I use chopsticks. I am not Asian though.

Darth Eggplant Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 the seiitaigyoza Ukiyo-eggplant (great vegetable dumpling who quells the barabarians) using chopsticks is the only martial art I ever learnt.
Chewbacco Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 I haven't really tried them but I did try to use them for big pieces of pork. I stabbed it to pick it up. I think that doesn't count.
