Eldritch
Unless someone's putting a gun to your head, you don't have to watch the tele (and even then, the action is negotiable to a certain degree). As far as being in a magazine, well, you have even greater control, since no one can force you to read anything.

wassup
Ok this is getting off-topic, and use the PM system next time. On a second note, why do so many people hate J.K. Rowling? Is it because she came up with an idea that made her millions, and now you are jealous of her? Maybe if you get off your butt and do something similiar you might achieve the same success that she has. /end rant

I respect what shes doing by getting more kids to pick up a book who wouldnt normally pick up a book....i think thats awesome I just tired of all the hype....thats all
Eldritch
By that logic, you could easily say that you hate most major movies that come out, because everything is overhyped nowadays. Matrix Reloaded, most recently... Episode 2 was another. It seems silly to hate something just because of the hype.

And Wilson, 870 pages is more than exceptionally quickly. More than 2 pages/minute quick. Got it last night, so i'm still finished under 24 hours, but man... And Agen... why on earth would you read the first two books and see the second movie if you hate it so much and wish bodily harm on the author? meh, obviosuly i don't really want her dead () an i read the first book, hated it, thought i wouldn't be so hasty so i gave it a second chance, hated it I went to see the movie because i got some free tickets, well better than the book anyway (whats with the flying car and the train? in the book it was a just follow the train) She killed a character and then cries about it....... SHE WROTE THE BLOODY BOOK why didn't she just change the stroy while writing

Agen- The death of this major character is obviously essential to the plot she's been establishing through the past 4 books and continuing in this one. You just don't change the plot because you're sad they'll die, especially if it's an important point. And if you created the character, you feel a sense of loss (it's sort of like losing a friend) when they die... it's just the way it goes.

Eldritch
As it's not true, I don't see how that's a spoiler, Wilson. Mamba, Dumbledore does not kill Hermione.

Eldritch
It is true, just because she's a main character does not mean she'll die. And besides... why would Dumbledore kill her? He's one of the good guys.
ET Warrior
I just finished it......and................HOLY FREAKIN CRAP!!! Amazing amazing amazing. Such an amazing story, but still.........Right now, as I sit here, I'm feeling rather emotional. I'm mad, happy, sad, agitated, and all kinds of things because of what happened in this book. And I'm REALLY REALLY mad that I have to wait another year to find out what's going to happen GAH!
Eldritch
I hope all it takes is a year. I couldn't take another 3 year wait after reading all that...
Breton
I just finished it yesterday, and I must agree with everyone who think it was great. Though it was pretty different from the other books, actually. Oh, and BTW Agen_Terminator, you might like the books better if you want to like them., Just a quick tip, that's all. Bob Gnarly
Hahahahahahahahahahaha, then who dies, and why would you cover a no answer in that white highlight .
Eldritch
If you really want to know, i'll tell you and put it as a spoiler, but don't get mad at me if you spoil it for yourself. AGAIN, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHO DIES, DO NOT HIGHLIGHT THE NEXT PASSAGE. Sirius, Harry's godfather, is the one who is killed.
