MasterN64 Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Who knows if this has been done be4 but i want to know if there are more Republicans or Democrats or Independent or You just dont care. (I have a feeling there are going to be more Democrats then anything else but hopefully i'll be suprised.)
edlib Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Liberal-ish independent... leaning slightly towards Libertarian.
Alia Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 I've mostly conservative convictions, I just don't like identifying with a certain party.
The Count Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Originally posted by Reclaimer 100% Republican. That figures; I suppose your also a obsessive about Christianity aswell?
Guest Jed Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 The Count, that was uncalled for. Keep your smartass remarks to yourself, nobody else wants to hear them. And in regards to the thread, I'm not much of a politician...
ZBomber Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Originally posted by The Count That figures; I suppose your also a obsessive about Christianity aswell? Do you ever shut up? I'm with Jed on this, I could really care less......
Elijah Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Originally posted by The Count That figures; I suppose your also a obsessive about Christianity aswell? Do you honestly know anything about Christianity, or are you basing your remarks off Catholicism? The two seem to be confused quite often, and Christians get a bad name for many of the things that the English church(Mostly Catholic) did to people. I agree with Jed and ZBomber, but if he wants to smack talk christians, lemme have a nice clean debate with the fellow.
Troopr-Undr-Fir Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Well when I voted last, I really liked Gores ideas so I voted him...And if memory serves he was a Democrat, so I guess I am too
Reclaimer Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 The Count, I am a Christian, and I'm not obsessive about Christianity. I don't know what laws they have where yiu live but I know that here in America it's illigal(sp?)to say things like that about people.
Troopr-Undr-Fir Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 that was just uncalled for count...too bad that is your memory of your 1000th post
Elijah Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 We have hope, we have somthing to believe it... we have a reached a state of mind where we can grasp the thought of there being something more than ourself... we have come to the realization that there JUST MIGHT be more reason to live then to die... And that my friend, bothers people.
obi Posted November 28, 2003 Posted November 28, 2003 Don't nag him to post again, guys. Anyway, I'm more of a...uh...what you would call....an indepublicrat. A mixture of all three. But I enjoy making fun of politics/politicians more then actually getting into them seriously.

At the same time, we have found wisdom, we've reached a state of mind where we can grasp the thought that we might very well be alone..we have to come to realization that there just MIGHT NOT be someone to reward our actions in the afterlife...and that, my friend, bothers people. See? It can go both ways. Anyway, I'm an independent.
TheJackal Posted November 29, 2003 Posted November 29, 2003 just a question to all republicans: what are your views on the economy. canada is strongly liberal and I allways thought of Canada and the States to be similar (as everybody allways says) but politicaly and socially minded we are continents appart. we've been critized hundreds of times by the American ambassador to Canada that we spend too much money on social programs (which i find insulting and i sincerely felt like telling him to **** off). Anyways, WHY are you republican and etc. What policies do the republicans have that you love. you cant just say: i'm republican (right wing) or democrate (center-left). You have to know WHY. Not because of its party leader. Not because your mom or dad says so. Etc. WHY

I think that some people are actually moose.
Zoom Rabbit Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 I'm registered a Democrat, but really my own personal views consider all politicians to be beneath contempt. I looked, but you didn't have a poll choice for 'Jaded hippy.' Originally posted by Reclaimer The Count, I am a Christian, and I'm not obsessive about Christianity. You can say whatever you want, even if it offends everyone around you...
obi Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 This isn't america, Zoom Rabbit. This is LucasForums. =) Anyway, don't provoke people.
Jedi Luke Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 I've got no idea of this political system (cos i'm not from where this political system is) so, meh, *jumps on the bandwagon*.
Acrylic Posted November 30, 2003 Posted November 30, 2003 I'm more of a Democrat. I have some Republican views, and Democrat views mostly. Like, my Republican views are, that Abortion is Right, No need to get rid of Handguns, and keep Prayer in school. I'm a christian, a roman catholic christian. Flame me all you want county, go ahead.
