Rogue15 Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 ah well, first pic of me w/my uniform on. try not to enjoy it too much now.
edlib Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 Wow! You look almost respectable! ... Almost... Very nice. How do you feel in it?
Jared Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 hmmm....I have an idea......lets turn this into another post your picture thread. *runs*
SuicidalXWing Posted March 14, 2004 Posted March 14, 2004 I'm sure if I looked hard enough, I could find a few problems with that uniform, pri-ate.

SuicidalXWing Posted March 15, 2004 Posted March 15, 2004 drones...I have no idea what you're talki......Resistance is futile... one thing, when holding a dummy rifle, and the drill sgt. tells you to put it on safety, for fun, look all flustered and say "I'm trying drill sgt., its not working!" (dummy rifles are plastic and always set in the semi setting, very funny)
Cmdr. Cracken Posted March 16, 2004 Posted March 16, 2004 Put on your dress uniform, your regular fatigues suck. ^_^
SuicidalXWing Posted March 16, 2004 Posted March 16, 2004 He won't be issue those until he's some time into Basic. The government issues them later, so they don't lose money when people drop out do to medical reasons and such. Besides Class 'A' and Class 'B' uniforms suck ass, most uncomfortable sh*t I've worn in my life. Drill Sgts used to use wearing as punishment in AIT, since we were unsmokable (Battalion record set by my class, we were well known on and off base), it was the only way they could punish us, cause the uniforms are uncomfortable and in Georgia summer heat, they're even worse.
LQ. Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 ^_^ You look nice and cute. Also I have one question. Do they train you guys with sticks up yer bums or something? I swear every person I've ever seen in uniform looks like the mother of all sticks it jammed up there clear to the throat.
Nitro Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 Believe it or not, he's standing at ease... I'll have to dig up some pics of my days in green.
Surfnshannon Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 Did anyone else open this thread and fully expect to see Rogue 15 dressed as a woman? Teh new me!!!
Kuuki Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 Originally posted by Lynk Former lol, exactly XD he he owned not me ^_^ ..err rather, not my job ^_^
Zoom Rabbit Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Suck in that gut! Shoulders back! Chin up! Is that parade rest? Hands in the small of your back, not on your ass! Are those boots laced properly? Who taught you how to blouse those boots, soldier? Are those brand new fatigues? Ahhh...I smell buck private. At ease.
Nitro Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Originally posted by Zoom Rabbit Who taught you how to blouse those boots, soldier? I was just thinking that...
Nitro Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 And that's the most subtle Full Metal Jacket joke I've ever seen.
SuicidalXWing Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 Full Metal Jacket is Marines, not Army. The Marines are a branch of the Navy. Plus he's a drill instructor, not a drill sergeant. FMJ DI Quote: Hell I like you, you can come over to my house and f*ck my sister.
Philocleon Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 If you want to see more of R. Lee Ermey spouting off his colorful language, just watch Mail Call on the History Channel. He's the host there.
Nitro Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 Originally posted by SuicidalXWing Full Metal Jacket is Marines, not Army. I was referring to Zoomie's "in the ermey now" subject line... R. Lee Ermey being the old-breed leatherlung Marine that played Gunnery Sergeant Hartman in FMJ.
