...me asking here. In a fight with no outside interference whatsoever, who would win: Roruni Kenshin or Sephiroth?

I've argued with a friend for an hour and a half one day on the topic and we argue about it still(that hourandahalf argument was about a week ago).

Guess who I voted for.

A: That Spidey vs Wolvie already happened. No winner. It was really dumb too.

B: Info? I don't got links but I know plenty about both characters.

Sephiroth: The most elite of the most elite, the fiercest and strongest warrior the world had ever seen. Sephiroth is an uncaring and unfeeling socipath with one thing on his mind: World destruction. He wields the Masamune, a huge blade (atleast 10 feet in length), which only he can wield. His exposure to Mako(spirit energy in a liquid form)while he was an embryo made him stronger, faster, and more adapt at magic than any other soldier on the planet. Very intellegent and spent alot of time in the Lifestream, learning everything about everything. He is undefeated by anything, man or beast.(exception of Cloud because they had to make the game where the villan can die)

Kenshin: Formerly known as the Man-Slayer, knows the fighting style used for killing, though Kenshin has no desire to kill, thus he uses a reverse blade katana(the blade is on the inside of the curve as opposed to the outside, so he only injures not kills). He is fast and his reflexes are as sharp as the blade he used when he was a killer. The users of his style are undefeated in battle.

Magic aside, in a straight out fight, who would win?

Pros and Cons of the contestants.

Sephiroth: Stronger and has reflexes as sharp as Kenshin. Has the obvious reach advantage. Knows about everything, including any weaknesses in Kenshin's fighting style. Aside from being utterly cocky, he has no real disadvantage.

Kenshin: Faster than Sephiroth and just as quick to react. Unlike Sephiroth, Kenshin has emotions that can be used against him and he is hesitant to kill. His sword doesn't have an edge.

BTW, Spiderman vs. Wolverine is no big deal. Wait till you see Sabretooth vs. Spiderman!

*puts on a nasty, sabregrin*

I've seen that. Sabretooth got blasted in the face with webbing, and while Spiderman's telling him it won't come off, Sabertooth ripped all the flesh off his face to get it off. Twas pretty cool.

Being as they're both fictional characters (that tons of people tend to obsess over...especially with Sephiroth for some reason--kill me, I never played FFVII and have no intention to), does it matter ;)?

J/k....

Still, an hour and a half over this? lmao...

You dare doubt the power of the Battousai?! How sad. Even when his emotions get the best of him, or even with a sakabatou (reverse-blade sword), he's still got the power to KO the One-Winged Angel. His emotions aren't a weak point, they're his strength. He'd only kill to protect his loved ones.

Well, he'd KO Seph, but how long would that last? Don't you think Seph would say 'Well, we're not in a no magic duel anymore' and hunt Kenshin back down?

Well, good going people. I like to see mixed answers.

Kain, you must have a lotta free time on your hands.....

Of course Kenshin, Seph is looking very anaemic nowdays(in FF AC).....

I have to say much more valid arguments are :

*Vader/.Anakin vs Maul(saber only)

*Chewie vs Worf

*SW vs ST

*Kirk vs Picard

*JO vs JA :p

*Middle Earth First Age vs 3rd Age (Tolkien geeks only need apply)

Yes I do have alot of free time. And you're a FF traitor(damn traitor:p).

Nobody cares about those fights. They're too mainstream. I bring you fights that are never even THOUGHT of!
