No he's not. o.O

And I didn't mean by his age (although, it was a coincidence), I meant he was acting childish because his mom probably is a democrat, so he thinks all republicans are evil.......

O.K., O.K., sheesh. But, it is and will be Rumsfeld's and Bush's fault forever. Bush freakin' said that he wanted to keep Rumsfeld on his cabinet because he was a "good cabinet member." That's just...sad.

Funny, I don't seem to remember Bush or Rumsfeld in any of the "prisoner abuse" photos...I don't much care for either of them, mind you. I just don't see why people want to blame anyone other than the individuals involved. Are we supposed to blame every Muslim everytime an American is abused *cough*killed/beheaded*cough* by one? Anyway, this is getting off topic, isn't it?

Number 1 applies to me, luckily. Number 2..I'm physically able. Unless of course right before I turn 18 I suddenly get my knee caps broken..

3...Mmm. Better start taking the lead pills.

Although even if I do get drafted...I want to apply for the Air Force anyway, as some technician or engineer far far far away from danger.

A lot of times you already have to be an engineer before the draft to get a position like that.

Hmm..then there's one last option.

Dishonourably discharged. "Oops, I didn't mean to empty my Colt's clip into my fellow soldiers..semi automatic, you say? I uh well...well...****."

That might work if they sent you home alive, or not to prison.

Looks like half of you just woke up to the fact that the world is one crazy, f**ked up place, with corrupt politicians intent on their own agenda running it.

Once you realise this about the world, you'll also realise there is bugger all you can do to change it. Therefore, I suggest we just start cataloguing the events, for future war-torn generations to study and analyse.

Humanity will eventually destroy itself, and I reckon we're fast approaching our expiry date :p

despite being of southern european parentage, I wouldnt hesitate to serve Australia(most likely in the med corps given my profession) But I would only really do it if Australia was being threatened.......

*ducks from slingshot from Iraqi boy*

um...yeah....

they got rid of conscription here after the debacle that was Vietnam....

some of you guys would benefit from some physical exercise, and wet-ass spanking in the showers...... :p

Hmph, thats democracy for you - they try to sneak in some decision they know will be unpopular without anyone hearing about it, great stuff.

Pretty scary, if it goes through then it says a lot about what the American government expects to happen in the World. Do they have conscientious objectors allowed, so that you can be a medic or something?

I've already said countless times 'I have no trouble joining the US Military, but not for Bush and not because of a draft. I'd sooner shoot myself in the foot than deal with that bull****. Especially if I get drafted for a war that I think is all about the ole' Texas Tea.'

**** Bush. **** Iraq. **** the draft. **** the war. **** oil. And **** that corrupt cabinet in Washington.

... it's Bush's fault for choosing Rumsfeld as Secretary of Defense... how's that bad again?

Oh, I'm not evil... I'm a Republican. I'm not evil. So don't go making blatant statement like that without thinking it over.

I don't have a president, I have a hairless gerbil.

That's not even funny.

I hate all of this disrespecting Presidents... even though you may disagree with a lot of a President's issues... you don't go around saying that "they're gay" or "they're a hairless gerbil." This is petty and pathetic.

Just because YOU don't believe in the reason for going to Iraq, doesn't mean that the reason YOU think it's for is the real reason.

FIRSTLY, it was funny, because I laughed when I read it :D

SECONDLY, I have every right to disrespect my president. It's one of my constitutional rights, and I can say what I like about him. I can say that everytime I see his face on television I can't help but laugh because he looks just like a monkey.

THIRDLY, I've never heard ANYONE say that Bush is "Gay" Mostly because I've found that most people who are anti-Bush are pro-homosexual rights, and calling people 'gay' to insult them is akin to calling people 'black' to insult them. But lets not open that can of worms in this thread.

hehehehe, hairless gerbil, Sith is awesome.

FIRSTLY just because it made you laugh doesn't mean that it's funny. It may be to you but not to me.

SECONDLY I never said you didn't have a right to. If you read my post you would know that I clearly stated "I hate it" and it should be discouraged; but nevertheless I never said you didn't have a right to.

THIRDLY...

THIRDLY, I've never heard ANYONE say that Bush is "Gay"

Just because YOU haven't heard that doesn't mean it's never happened.

Also, I believe the stats at that sight, but again, Capitol Advantage sounds like a bunch of lobbyists, and the publishing of the phrase "they're trying to sneak the bill through while our concentration is on the elections" is pathetic.
