Regarding the "Super Mario"-suite, that version is featured on the first "Orchestral Game Concert"-CD (out of 5), which are very hard to get hold of. So, if you're interested look at eBay or your other... uhm... sources. "Hitman 2" and "Secret Weapons Over Normandy" luckily got their own CD-releases, so they're easy to obtain.
