RevanA4 Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 in accordance to my ncaa football thread here is one about the nfl so what team do ya like DALLAS COWBOYS these colors are evil
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 CINCI BENGALS Although I don't follow it like I do NCAA, It's still great but still I think college has got more soul to it:cool: But of course I'm gonna go with college, cuz I put my fist up for the bungles:D
stingerhs Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 PITTSBURGH STEELERS yep, we're definately going to own the AFC this year, especially with New England getting the big overhaul.
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 @stingerhs, I don't follow the NFL schedules much, how many times do we play this year???
stingerhs Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 well, since we're in the same division, we play each other twice.
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 Yeah I thought it was something like that, I don't usually pay as much attention to things like that:D
Bob Lion54 Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 Dat gumbit!! Where did I put my bag? New Orleans Saints Every Sunday during football season, I watch the game at noon. Every Sunday during football season, I cry into my pillow at 3:30. Well, I shout alot, anyway.
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 Pretty much the same deal with my Bungles, 'cept I think they're starting to get better:D
Jeff Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 I like the Bengals and the Lions. Well actually I don't like the Lions, but I root for them because they're the hometown team. And I like the Colts because I like Peyton Manning.
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Huh Being in OHIO, I wouldve thought you'd hate the bengals:D I enjoy watching the Colts play as well, and also follow whoever has a style I like and is doing well.
RevanA4 Posted July 13, 2005 Author Posted July 13, 2005 al i can say is nobody better say they like the redskins:evil6: :evil6: :evil6: :evil6:
Jeff Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 My extended family is in Ohio so I learn to like the Bengals. Hopefully they won't disappoint this year. Luckily none of them follow NCAA football, because I still wouldn't like the buckeyes.
REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Amd I have family in toledo who like the Lions, so I guess I hope they don't dissapoint to much either:D
RaV™ Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 um...go REDSKINS! no not really, well I really dont have a favorite other then the Bengals, Steelers, and Colts.

REDJOHNNYMIKE Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Steelers aint so bad, I'm usually to busy hating that school up north to care about NFL rivalries:D
RaV™ Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I dont really give a hoot about NFL rivals, cause there is no passion for it, but in NCAA I care about rivals like Michigan vs. Ohio State and Kentucky Vs. Louisville, and Miami vs. Florida State
The Source Posted July 18, 2005 Posted July 18, 2005 NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (From Foxboro/Mansfied/Easton, MA)
RevanA4 Posted September 3, 2005 Author Posted September 3, 2005 ok revival time since preseaon ends this week the topic has changed to favorite teams and general chit chat about the NFL um yeah my cowboys have a QUATERBACK this year and by a quaterback I mean they have a damn good one he is ex patriot Drew Bledsoe and damn I was hoping they would pick him up as well
Bob Lion54 Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 My team lost their stadium........ somehow, thats really not the most important thing right now. Still kinda sucks, i guess. I don't know. It really not that important actually.

I don't know. It really not that important actually. hey cheer up here in wisconsin on wednesday we are doing a fund raiser type event to get you guy some badly needed items and I have a feeling we will be doing more in the weeks to come *yes I know this is a bit off topic but heck I need to say it*
Jeff Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 um yeah my cowboys have a QUATERBACK this year and by a quaterback I mean they have a damn good one he is ex patriot Drew Bledsoe and damn I was hoping they would pick him up as well Drew Bledsoe sucks. The Bengals beat the Colts 28-0 today (I think it was today). I'm pretty happy about that. And the Lions won 21-7 I think. Or at least that was the score when I turned it off. Both of my teams have pretty high expectations for this season, but if I had to pick only one to succeed, it would be the Bengals. The Lions are too inconsistant, and they can't tackle well at all. Though they potentially have the best offense in football, I doubt they will live up to their full potential. But there's still hope for them I guess. The Chiefs proposed a trade for Joey Harrington (only draft picks) but obviously we can't do that now that Jeff Garcia has broken his leg so we have no backup.
