Star Wars Ep. III Anyone?

There is more for him to do, according to entertainment magazine George Lucas will, starting in 2007, release the entire original trilogy in 3d...

I'm I the only one that thinks this sounds just kinda stupid...? Just maybe?

Yes, yes you are. I for one await the moment I put on those glasses and watch the various space fighters fly out of the screen towards me. Lightsabers igniting as though they were right in front of me. I don't know about you but that's possibly the most badass thing that'll ever happen in a theatre. It is infact a wet dream, right after real lightsabers.

But the PT would be much better in 3D, i.e., if they don't update the graphics and special effects of the OT.

Yeah, I think you're right. But I still can't wait to see it in 3d. that will be so awesome.

let's just hope it doesn't become SPY KIDS 3D.

Hey, c'mon ... Spy Kids - are going to save the world :D

November 1st:

- Episode III DVD

- 'Trials of Obi-Wan' expansion for Galaxies

- Battlefront II for PC, PS2, XBox and ... PSP!

Sounds like a real red-letter day ...

zzzzz.....

:p

Spy kids 1 & 2 rocked, but the 3d one was terrible... just a load of 3d setpieces and nothing else. though hopefully because they are converting an existing film rather than making a new one the SW films will avoid that syndrome.

I agree with the first two - they were loads of fun, but as for 3D, I would call it 'mildly entertaining' ... I went once with both kids, and a second time with just my younger son (older son had a birthday party or something).

I actually saw Spy Kids 3d >_>

It's not that great Mike :p (was better than 2)

As it is one of my younger sons' favorite movies (he always empathized with Juni), I have seen or heard (i.e. from back of car) it many, many, oh too many times ...

Better than #2 ... ? Really?!? I thought 2 was quite cool.
