Alien426 Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 What's not to like about Cox? Clicking the above link may or may not offend you.
Joshi Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 You are what you eat and you clearly went out and devoured a big fat guy didn't you?
Zoom Rabbit Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 I would say the whole *cox* joke was one we all thoroughly laughed at in private but were inclined to leave alone because there are CHILDREN aplenty in this forum. That sort of thing is better suited to Aresen, or XWA... See what happens to people when they choose the apple? Neil, you were so right.
Joshi Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 What? Right about what? The adam and eve thing? (which was sarcasm) or the "You are what you eat" thing? (Which was a Dr Cox Quote)
Gabez Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Hey, did you know that there's more vitamin C in a single blueberry than in an entire orange? Solution: blueberry wins.
90SK Posted November 15, 2005 Author Posted November 15, 2005 there are CHILDREN aplenty in this forum. nooo ther arnt LOL! ur crazi
RicardoLuigi... Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 No you are. There's Fealiks...and, uh...there was Samnmax, but he kinda just left b/c...he did.
90SK Posted November 15, 2005 Author Posted November 15, 2005 It all depends on what your definition of "kid" is (please, lets not kid ourselves. Most 7 year olds know more sexual slang terms than 87 year olds. Lets not be prejudice ).
DrMcCoy Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 No you are. There's Fealiks...and, uh...there was Samnmax, but he kinda just left b/c...he did. ...And there's you... ... ...
Zoom Rabbit Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 Children = under 18. There is much more vitamin C in a polar bear's liver than a blueberry, Gabez. Polar bear eats blueberry. *(Doesn't wanna mess with a turnip who can edit his posts)*
Kjølen Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 True, because there are plenty of blueberries in the polar regions.
90SK Posted November 17, 2005 Author Posted November 17, 2005 It's the air. Makes 'em grow nice and plump.
DarthAve Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Apples, they come in such a varity of colors. Unlike oranges who only come in one shade of bright tacky orange!
90SK Posted November 17, 2005 Author Posted November 17, 2005 You find green ones on occasion. But those hardly count.
Gabez Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 There is much more vitamin C in a polar bear's liver than a blueberry, Gabez. Polar bear eats blueberry. Actually, it's vitamin A, and it's got that in such a high concentration that if you eat the liver you will die. In fact, I heard that as little as one mouthful will be kill you, but I'm not sure as to the specifics.
Zoom Rabbit Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Ahum. According to this most helpful website, the calf's liver has 36 mg. of vitamin C per 100 grams of food while the humble blueberry has merely 10 mg. per 100 grams... Granted, they didn't actually list polar bear liver on that chart, but one may extrapolate.
edlib Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 How 'bout human liver, then? I only ask for, um... research...

Well, a Calf is a young animal, and the term is mainly used for cattle but never, to my knowledge, for polar bears. ; All I really know is that polar bears have a lot of vitamin A in them, and I wouldn't think that there would be any room left for vitamin C... even to beat a blueberry. How 'bout human liver, then?A human's liver has 575 interntional units of Vitamin A in their liver, whilst a Polar Bear has 24,000-35,000 (from http://members.tripod.com/~Prof_Anil_Aggrawal/poiso032.html)
90SK Posted November 18, 2005 Author Posted November 18, 2005 Well, I know what I'm having for dinner...
Zoom Rabbit Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 Liver with blueberries in orange sauce, hold the onions! Actually, I'm having breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes for dinner. You should be jealous.
90SK Posted November 18, 2005 Author Posted November 18, 2005 I am. I had rock hard chicken nuggets. At least the luke warm tap water was good...
Joshi Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 I had two...count em, two, chicken and mushroom pies. 3 for 99p at Netto, and as I'm a poor student, you can't really go wrong there (tasted pretty good too). I still go for apples though, they taste better in a pie.
