Kotor Project temp name called "Kotor2.5:The Sith Emporer"

 

This project is doing very well. I have gotten several places finished but will not release untill i feel its the way i want it. i do have a couple of goodies for you. 1. 2 screenshots. and a beta of the 2 screenshots to try it out (you will have to start over with a new char or load from a previous time where you have never been to nar shadda before, or just landed.)

**installation** rename 303nar.rim to 303x.rim, rename the 204tel.rim to 204x.rim then copy all files to your modules folder.

can get promoted. and depending on your rank, depends on what assignments you can do..

SORRY FOR ALL THE MISS-SPELLING IN THE BETA AND PICS!!!!

I was rushing myself through all these levels and trying to get a rough draft completed, then i can go back and smoth it over. I will be redoing the bottom 2 pics later to update spelling.but you get the major giff about whats going on with the mod and what im doing.

Sounds good. Though four sith lords is too many. Three is a, "magical," number in pollitcs and literature and there are three Sith Lords, in my opinion all that is needed. But it sounds great and I'll be looking forwards to it (I was thinking of doing something like this myself but what with you beating me and too much to do I haven't!) Good Luck! I liked your Dantooine mod.

Ok, here is my progress...

 

first planet-nar shaddaa- 303nar-98% done minus script & animation.

 

i'm having a problem with the dlg editor saving animations. but i'll post another thread about the problems to get help.

 

future plans on expanding- beta soon as all areas are atleast 90% done.

1. nar shaddaa-303nar(almost done)

2. dantooine(602dan?-inside the konda building) adding more npcs to help out with the quest that makes people like jedi on dantooine.

3. dantooine(under the jedi academy) change the loot out completly where you get more jedi artifacts instead of weapons and non-jedi stuff.

4.dantooine(outside) going to change the black man in the field near the speederbikes to be jolee and add quests where you find out about him

5. a republic ship ( the ship that sion came on) for a side quest.

6.more places to come when i run into a spot that looks like it needs more npcs or a new quest/plot.

 

please reply with feedback/comments/and any sugestions you may have.

I revamped these modules: 602DAN, 601DAN, 204TEL, 202TEL, and 303NAR, for a mod that I released not too long ago. You are editing the .git file right, so what did you do to the Nashadaa Docks: Vogga's and Sleeping Areas? I also revamped 602DAN by adding new items, caniaters, and added Bastila, what did you do in that area?

I will be releasing a sample demo of just nar shaddaa docks today to show what i am doing and to get feedback and help on the bugs. look back here later today for the release

 

** installation setup***

1. rename your 303nar.rim to xnar.rim or something else so its not confused with the one you download.

2. move the file 303nar.mod into your modules folder.

** Uninstalling**

1. just delete the 303nar.mod and rename your other file back to 303nar.rim

Um, y'know, that area on the docks and some other currently locked-off areas are being used by the TSLRP, right?

 

[scratching head]How does that matter to this mod? The TSLRP is focused on trying to restore content in there own view and randydg has his own perspective on it. I say the more the mearier.[/scratching head]

once installed you can either do normal progression on nar shadda or warp to 303nar

Known issues with above release.

 

1. camera cutsceens off ( found fix on another post)

2. its not finished this the sith lord does work but needs tweeks and needs a script to run off.

3. some reason im having a problem with doing the computer terminal loop animation on the Cheif Mechanic.

4. need to put the other mech's in their right place.

IF YOU FIND ANY OTHER BUGS LET ME KNOW

 

things to be added to nar shaddaa docks.

 

1. a crafting station in the back with my npcs.

2. voices ( optional, if anyone knows how to make ti sound real and will do it)

3.quests ( the dock guy will give you a quest to find parts needed to help maintain the docks. if you bring him back the peices he will give you a (new item to be made) The peices will be scatterd all over the dock & maybe 1 other modified area.
